Plusieurs s&rsquo;en rappellent comme si c&rsquo;\u00e9tait hier et peuvent raconter cette histoire en d\u00e9tail.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les entreprises, ces mauvaises exp\u00e9riences ne pardonnent pas. Bien souvent, <strong>une seule suffit pour perdre un client<\/strong>. Si vous voulez vous en convaincre, vous pouvez jeter un oeil \u00e0 ces <a href=\"http:\/\/www.helpscout.net\/75-customer-service-facts-quotes-statistics\/\">donn\u00e9es<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> Quels secteurs offrent le moins bon service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La firme <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ipsos.ca\/fr\/\">Ipsos <\/a>a r\u00e9pertori\u00e9, pour les \u00c9tats-Unis, <strong>les secteurs offrant le moins bon service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas une grande surprise d&rsquo;apprendre que <strong>les services gouvernementaux se classent au premier rang<\/strong> de ce palmar\u00e8s. En fait, pr\u00e8s de 40 % des r\u00e9pondants au sondage d&rsquo;Ipsos placent le gouvernement am\u00e9ricain en t\u00eate de liste.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur priv\u00e9 suit toutefois de pr\u00e8s. Selon 38 % des r\u00e9pondants, c&rsquo;est <strong>l&rsquo;industrie des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications<\/strong> qui offre le pire service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les compagnies a\u00e9riennes<\/strong>, souvent \u00e0 la source d&rsquo;exasp\u00e9rantes histoires de bagages perdus, se tirent pourtant bien d&rsquo;affaire. Seulement 12 % des gens sond\u00e9s jugent qu&rsquo;elles offrent le plus mauvais service \u00e0 leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p>Si ce sondage avait \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 au Qu\u00e9bec, les r\u00e9sultats seraient-ils bien diff\u00e9rents?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Les champions qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Au Qu\u00e9bec, on identifie <strong>les entreprises qui offrent un bon service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le<\/strong> plut\u00f4t que celles qui en offrent un mauvais.<\/p>\n<p>En octobre dernier, la firme de recherche marketing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.observateur.qc.ca\/a-propos\/\">L\u2019Observateur<\/a> et le journal <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lesaffaires.com\/\">Les Affaires<\/a> d\u00e9voilaient leur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lesaffaires.com\/strategie-d-entreprise\/vente-et-marketing\/votre-service-a-la-clientele-est-il-sans-faille-\/572773\">liste<\/a> des <strong>entreprises qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises championnes du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le 360,<\/strong> soit le service offert \u00e0 tous les points de contact avec le client. De ce palmar\u00e8s, trois entreprises ressortent avec une note parfaite, soit <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aldoshoes.com\/ca\/en\/\">Aldo<\/a>, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saq.com\/content\/SAQ\/fr.html\">SAQ<\/a> et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Transport de Montr\u00e9al (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stm.info\/en\">STM<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carrementplus.net\/2014\/10\/08\/infographie-quebec-lere-du-marketing-omnicanal\/\">constats<\/a>, on note des <strong>taux de conformit\u00e9 relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour Internet et le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/strong> (86% et 81%).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, les m\u00e9dias sociaux obtiennent un taux de conformit\u00e9 de 62%.
