{"id":16747,"date":"2015-04-07T09:15:49","date_gmt":"2015-04-07T13:15:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=16747"},"modified":"2015-04-09T15:37:02","modified_gmt":"2015-04-09T19:37:02","slug":"protection-des-donnees-les-marketeurs-regagneront-ils-la-confiance-des-consommateurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/protection-des-donnees-les-marketeurs-regagneront-ils-la-confiance-des-consommateurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Protection des donn\u00e9es: les marketeurs regagneront-ils la confiance des consommateurs?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"leadPara\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/donnees-personnelles-enfants.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16751 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/donnees-personnelles-enfants.jpg\" alt=\"donnees-personnelles-enfants\" width=\"296\" height=\"197\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"leadPara\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Lorsqu&rsquo;il est question de la protection de leurs donn\u00e9es, les consommateurs ne semblent pas faire confiance aux entreprises, selon une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"leadPara\">Selon l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de <a href=\"http:\/\/my.com\/\">My.com<\/a>\u00a0et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.surveysampling.com\/\">Survey Sampling International<\/a>, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un millier d&rsquo;Am\u00e9ricains \u00e2g\u00e9s de 13 \u00e0 54 ans et d\u00e9tenteurs d&rsquo;un appareil mobile, <strong>seul un tout petit cinqui\u00e8me des consommateurs estiment que les entreprises prennent suffisamment de pr\u00e9cautions<\/strong> pour prot\u00e9ger leur \u00ab\u00a0vie priv\u00e9e num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"leadPara\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/data-protection-1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16748 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/data-protection-1.gif\" alt=\"data protection 1\" width=\"325\" height=\"195\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"leadPara\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Si pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants pensent que les entreprises prot\u00e8gent, d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on ou d&rsquo;une autre, leurs donn\u00e9es priv\u00e9es, ils s&rsquo;accordent n\u00e9anmoins pour dire que les firmes ne communiquent absolument pas assez \u00e0 ce sujet: <strong>plus de transparence sur les politiques de protection de donn\u00e9es serait donc clairement bienvenue!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"leadPara\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Une autre enqu\u00eate, men\u00e9e cette fois-ci par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accenture.com\/us-en\/pages\/index.aspx\">Accenture<\/a>, confirme ces informations, indiquant que <strong>seuls 18% des internautes du monde entier estiment leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles num\u00e9riques correctement pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es<\/strong>. Et m\u00eame s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de sites auxquels ils sont habitu\u00e9s, 28% d&rsquo;entre eux seulement se sentent bien prot\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"leadPara\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Agir pour conserver ses clients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"leadPara\"><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/data-protection-2.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-16749 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/data-protection-2.gif\" alt=\"data protection 2\" width=\"324\" height=\"266\" \/><\/a>Cette m\u00e9fiance, les marketeurs semblent l&rsquo;avoir int\u00e9gr\u00e9e: un rapport d&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.infogroup.com\/\">Infogroup<\/a>, paru le mois dernier, indique que <strong>8 marketeurs sur 10 ont mis la protection des donn\u00e9es et de la vie priv\u00e9e tout en haut de leur liste de priorit\u00e9s pour 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Car il ne fait pas se leurrer: <strong>ignorer les craintes des consommateurs en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est prendre le risque de\u00a0les\u00a0perdre<\/strong>. La preuve: en janvier dernier, <a href=\"http:\/\/aytm.com\/\">AYTM Market Research<\/a> a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 400 internautes am\u00e9ricains s&rsquo;ils arr\u00eateraient d&rsquo;utiliser un site ou une application si ceux-ci semblaient ne pas \u00eatre fiable du point de vue de la protection de leurs donn\u00e9es. Environ 6 personnes sur 10 ont r\u00e9pondu oui sans h\u00e9siter (23,7%) ou ont affirm\u00e9 \u00eatre d&rsquo;accord sur le principe (34,7%).<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, si les marketeurs veulent retrouver les bonnes gr\u00e2ces des consommateurs (et les garder!), ils doivent imp\u00e9rativement am\u00e9liorer la fa\u00e7on dont ils prot\u00e8gent les donn\u00e9es priv\u00e9es, et communiquer davantage sur leurs efforts en la mati\u00e8re.
