Un r\u00e9cent rapport fait le point sur cette tendance qui consiste \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 contribution l&rsquo;imagination des consommateurs pour faire parler d&rsquo;un produit ou service.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Procter &amp; Gamble\u00a0sollicitait la communaut\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ateurs d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.eyeka.com\/\">eYeka<\/a>, une plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la production participative (<em>crowdsourcing<\/em>) regroupant quelques 275 000 consommateurs dans le monde entier, pour inventer les applications de sa future brosse \u00e0 dents connect\u00e9e. En trois semaines, le g\u00e9ant de l&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne a re\u00e7u 67 id\u00e9es provenant de 28 pays, qui lui ont permis de lancer, en f\u00e9vrier 2014, la toute premi\u00e8re brosse \u00e0 dents connect\u00e9e en bluetooth, Oral-B SmartSeries. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la richesse des id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire de l&rsquo;interactivit\u00e9 un nouveau vecteur d&rsquo;innovation pour Oral-B. Cela nous a ouvert des milliers d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s qui nourrissent aujourd&rsquo;hui notre plan strat\u00e9gique<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, d\u00e9clarait alors le directeur du marketing de P&amp;G.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche, de plus en plus d&rsquo;entreprises de biens de grande consommation l&rsquo;engagent : selon le dernier rapport <a href=\"https:\/\/en.eyeka.com\/resources\/analyst-reports#CSreport2015?utm_campaign=csr&amp;utm_content=1&amp;utm_medium=act&amp;utm_source=prc&amp;utm_term=en\">The State of Crowdsourcing 2015<\/a>, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par eYeka, <strong>85% des entreprises class\u00e9es au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestglobalbrands.com\/2014\/ranking\/\">Best Global Brand 2014<\/a> ont eu recours \u00e0 la production participative l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Capture-d\u2019\u00e9cran-2015-04-20-\u00e0-11.49.34.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17428\" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Capture-d\u2019\u00e9cran-2015-04-20-\u00e0-11.49.34.png\" alt=\"Capture d\u2019\u00e9cran 2015-04-20 \u00e0 11.49.34\" width=\"655\" height=\"361\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les concours-vid\u00e9o sont les contenus les plus d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9s<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auparavant l&rsquo;apanage des firmes du secteur technologique, le crowdsourcing est d\u00e9sormais compl\u00e8tement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 aux habitudes des services marketing des champions des biens de grande consommation: +48% entre 2013 et 2014.\u00a0<strong>Au top 5 des marques les plus coutumi\u00e8res des campagnes de production participative, on trouve Coca-Cola (34 recours au crowdsourcing en 2014), Pepsi (30), Danone (28), Samsung (27) et General Electric (23)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de solliciter les id\u00e9es des consommateurs, les entreprises privil\u00e9gient majoritairement <strong>les concours vid\u00e9o<\/strong>, qui repr\u00e9sentaient <strong>45% des campagnes de production participative en 2014<\/strong> (dans ce cas, le rapport cite l&rsquo;exemple de Doritos, qui depuis 2006 fait appel \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des consommateurs pour ses publicit\u00e9s diffus\u00e9es lors du Super Bowl).<\/p>\n<p>Suivent\u00a0<strong>les jeux-concours visant \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des id\u00e9es innovantes<\/strong> (tel que l&rsquo;exemple d&rsquo;Oral-B, mentionn\u00e9 plus haut) qui constituent 23% des campagnes de crowdsourcing, puis <strong>les concours de design<\/strong> (11%).
