En 2012, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comscore.com\/Insights\/Press-Releases\/2012\/1\/comScore-Releases-Report-Next-Generation-Strategies-for-Advertising-to-Millennials\">Comscore<\/a> concluait que cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration r\u00e9pondait beaucoup moins bien \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 traditionnelle et qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait <strong>relativement plus difficile de cr\u00e9er des liens avec ce groupe, de les int\u00e9resser, de les impressionner et de les convaincre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emarketer.com\/Article\/Millennials-Adept-Filtering-Ads\/1012335\">\u00e9tudes<\/a> encore plus r\u00e9centes vont dans le m\u00eame sens, affirmant que cette jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement habile avec les technologies, est pass\u00e9e <strong>experte dans l&rsquo;art de filtrer les messages non sollicit\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutons \u00e0 ces recherches les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cefrio.qc.ca\/media\/uploader\/Fascicule-Modesdecommunication_Final.pdf\">chiffres<\/a> sur l&rsquo;abandon rapide de la ligne t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique fixe chez les jeunes (cauchemar des sondeurs et des firmes de t\u00e9l\u00e9marketing), ou ceux indiquant que <strong>certains mill\u00e9niaux cherchent \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/2015\/millennials-want-self-checkout-with-mobile-payments\/#.VWj_os9_Okp\">\u00e9viter<\/a> le personnel en magasin<\/strong>, et les publicitaires se retrouvent devant un casse-t\u00eate difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Des pistes pour les joindre<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Qu&rsquo;elles proviennent d&rsquo;universitaires ou de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcgperspectives.com\/content\/articles\/marketing_center_consumer_customer_insight_how_millennials_changing_marketing_forever\/#chapter1\">firmes de consultation<\/a> reconnues, les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes traitant du comportement des mill\u00e9niaux font ressortir des points communs, \u00e0 savoir que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les mill\u00e9niaux sont <strong>tr\u00e8s ind\u00e9pendants et bien inform\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e0 propos des marques et leurs produits,<\/li>\n<li>ils\u00a0se fient peu aux entreprises et <strong>pr\u00e9f\u00e9reront plut\u00f4t l&rsquo;avis de leurs pairs<\/strong>, \u00e0 qui ils font davantage confiance,<\/li>\n<li>pour les rejoindre et les int\u00e9resser, <strong>la personnalisation du message est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment importan<\/strong>t,<\/li>\n<li>il vaut mieux <strong>\u00e9tablir un dialogue avec eux<\/strong>, sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux ou ailleurs, plut\u00f4t que de simplement leur \u00abpousser\u00bb de l&rsquo;information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bref, plus que toute autre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, les mill\u00e9niaux semblent nombreux \u00e0 avoir perdu la na\u00efvet\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il est parfois n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;avoir afin d&rsquo;\u00eatre convaincu par une mauvaise proposition.
