Le site <a href=\"http:\/\/marketing-rh.ca\/\">marketing-rh<\/a> en a dress\u00e9 le portrait, dont voici les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>1. Une population au travail<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1,4 millions d&#8217;emplois<\/strong> seront \u00e0 pourvoir dans les dix prochaines ann\u00e9es au Qu\u00e9bec. <strong>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux (56%) seront occup\u00e9s par des jeunes<\/strong>, mais les plus de 65 ans devraient faire \u00e9galement partie de l&rsquo;effort de travail \u00e0 hauteur de 7%, soit 200 000 postes (contre 28 000 en 2000). 17% de la main d&rsquo;oeuvre sera compos\u00e9 de gens issus de l&rsquo;immigration.<\/p>\n<p>Les secteurs qui auront le vent en poupe seront ceux des <strong>services professionnels et de sant\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique et de l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la personne<\/strong>. D&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les entreprises auront tendance \u00e0 se recentrer sur leur coeur de m\u00e9tier, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 davantage d&rsquo;externalisation, de sous-traitance etc., mais aussi \u00e0 <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de nouvelles formes d&rsquo;organisations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, <strong>le taux de ch\u00f4mage devrait \u00eatre de 5,3% en 2021<\/strong>, son plus bas niveau depuis 1967.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">2. Des employ\u00e9s moteurs de changements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comme nous l&rsquo;avions \u00e9voqu\u00e9 dans un <a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=19585\">pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent article<\/a>, les employ\u00e9s de demain auront soif d&rsquo;apprendre, et seront <strong>\u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;organisations flexibles, dans lesquelles ils pourront rester libres<\/strong>.\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9panouissement professionnel\u00a0deviendra un incontournable, allant de pair avec un emploi dans lequel ils trouvent de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat, pour le compte d&rsquo;une entreprise qui sait valoriser leur travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les employ\u00e9s seront de plus en plus autonomes, mobiles et ma\u00eetres de leurs horaires<\/strong>. Selon les pr\u00e9visions de marketing-rh, le rapport \u00e0 la hi\u00e9rarchie et l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 du patron seront remis en cause. Les carri\u00e8res seront compos\u00e9es de nombreux m\u00e9tiers et les mouvements (m\u00eame en interne) seront fr\u00e9quents.<\/p>\n<p>Et dans ce march\u00e9 o\u00f9 les gens mais aussi les connaissances seront archi-mobiles, <strong>la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 repr\u00e9sentera \u00abune source importante de dynamique \u00e9conomique\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">3.
