Viennent ensuite <strong>les produits pour l&rsquo;entretien de la maison<\/strong> (assouplissant, d\u00e9tergent&#8230;), affichant une rentabilit\u00e9 de 66%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les mauvais \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont les produits de boulangerie<\/strong> (tortillas, pains, p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza&#8230;) avec seulement 36% de rentabilit\u00e9.\u00a0Un chiffre \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui des produits frais, les promotions sur <strong>les fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> peinant elles aussi \u00e0 rapporter de l&rsquo;argent. <strong>Les plats cuisin\u00e9s<\/strong>, les salades toutes faites et autre menus pour d\u00eener n&rsquo;ont gu\u00e8re plus la cote, avec une rentabilit\u00e9 de 37%.<\/p>\n<p>Nielsen a analys\u00e9 la performance de <strong>76 millions d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations promotionnelles portant une r\u00e9duction minimum de 10%<\/strong>, en 2014, dans 7 pays (Etats-Unis, Royaume-Uni, Allemagne, France, Italie, Espagne et Canada),
