C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le un r\u00e9cent sondage de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.socialmedialink.com\/\">Social Media Link<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le sondage a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 durant le mois de mai 2015 par le biais de <a href=\"https:\/\/smiley.socialmedialink.com\/home\" target=\"_blank\">Smiley360<\/a>,\u00a0une communaut\u00e9 de consommateurs friands de m\u00e9dias sociaux et qui donnent des notes \u00e0 des produits et services.<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats sont tous bas\u00e9s sur un \u00e9chantillon de 26 663 personnes. Parmi les personnes interrog\u00e9es, <strong>pr\u00e8s de 49 % d\u2019entre elles ont modifi\u00e9 leurs activit\u00e9s en raison de publications dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>42 % ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir fait la m\u00eame chose pour des r\u00e9servations au restaurant. M\u00eame si les m\u00e9dias sociaux ont un fort impact, la bouche-a-oreille continue d\u2019\u00eatre efficace. <strong>51 % des r\u00e9pondants ont dit aimer obtenir des id\u00e9es pour savoir o\u00f9 aller, o\u00f9 dormir et quoi manger lors d\u2019un voyage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Pas seulement pour s\u2019inspirer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9dias sociaux ne servent pas uniquement aux voyageurs qui veulent obtenir des id\u00e9es de voyage, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 ceux qui veulent <strong>partager leurs vacances avec les autres<\/strong>. Selon ce sondage, 94 % des r\u00e9pondants disent utiliser Facebook ainsi. L\u2019application de partage de photos, Instagram, arrive au second rang en obtenant 45 % des r\u00e9ponses. Twitter ferme la marche avec 25 %.<\/p>\n<p>Toujours selon cette \u00e9tude, <strong>40 % ont dit utiliser les m\u00e9dias sociaux plusieurs fois par jour pour partager du contenu relatif \u00e0 leurs vacances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ne jamais sous-estimer le pouvoir des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les voyageurs ne font plus de plans de vacances rigides et le sondage le confirme : ils sont influenc\u00e9s par les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Sue Frech, co-fondatrice et PDG de Social Media Link affirme:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Les marques doivent d\u00e9velopper davantage des relations \u00e0 long terme avec leur client\u00e8le de voyageurs<\/strong> au lieu de faire de la promotion \u00e0 sens uniquement au sujet d\u2019un rabais et ainsi mettre fin \u00e0 la conversation par la suite.
