Une fois l&rsquo;image identifi\u00e9e par l\u2019application, le consommateur sera dirig\u00e9 vers du contenu en ligne. Il y a peu de limite \u00e0 la forme que pourra prendre ce contenu : vid\u00e9o exclusif, clavardage avec un conseiller aux ventes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e a pour but\u00a0 de \u00ab fluidifier le parcours client du papier au web\u00bb. Il sera int\u00e9ressant de voir si cette fa\u00e7on de faire sera r\u00e9ellement per\u00e7ue comme facilitante pour les consommateurs afin de passer de l\u2019imprim\u00e9e \u00e0 du contenu en ligne. La m\u00e9thode classique de la recherche Google reste encore une voie relativement simple. De plus, les technologies du style code QR ne semblent pas avoir pris l\u2019essor qu\u2019on leur <a href=\"http:\/\/marketingland.com\/the-death-of-the-qr-code-37902\">promettait<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b> Autre service postal, m\u00eame combat<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Comme c\u2019est le cas des services postaux canadiens, le groupe La Poste, 2<sup>e<\/sup> plus gros op\u00e9rateur postal en Europe, a d\u00fb s\u2019adapter dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 la baisse constante du volume de courrier. Le groupe pr\u00e9voit que d\u2019ici 2020, son service postal aura diminu\u00e9 de volume de 50 % par rapport \u00e0 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, le groupe a diversifi\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s au fil des ans et <a href=\"http:\/\/legroupe.laposte.fr\/Innovation\">exp\u00e9rimente plusieurs avenues<\/a> afin de rester dans la course.
