Faisant partie des principaux moments de consommation de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, plusieurs rapports font \u00e9tat des tendances de magasinage et de consommation li\u00e9es \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques-uns des constats tir\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes publi\u00e9es dans les derni\u00e8res semaines sur cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement tant attendu des uns, et tant redout\u00e9 des autres.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Plus de recherches en ligne et moins de visites en magasin<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le magasinage de la rentr\u00e9e scolaire n&rsquo;\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 cette tendance : <strong>les gens magasinent davantage en ligne et moins en magasin<\/strong>. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/trends\/explore#q=Back%20to%20school&amp;geo=CA&amp;cmpt=date&amp;tz=Etc%2FGMT%2B4\">nombre croissant<\/a> de recherches sur le th\u00e8me <em>back-to-school<\/em> est un des points sur lequel Google s&rsquo;appuie pour avancer ce constat (voir : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkwithgoogle.com\/articles\/back-to-school-shopping-how-marketers-can-make-the-grade.html\"><em>Back-to-School Shopping 2015: How Marketers Can Make the Grade<\/em><\/a>)<em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que <strong>plusieurs parents ou \u00e9tudiants qui se pr\u00e9senteront en magasin auront d\u00e9j\u00e0 en t\u00eate ce qu&rsquo;ils veulent acheter<\/strong>. Les entreprises doivent donc s&rsquo;assurer que leur personnel sur le plancher soit aussi bien, sinon mieux renseigner que le client devant eux.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>La recette du succ\u00e8s en ligne<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rents rapports identifient les facteurs cl\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 vendre en ligne \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e des classes. Parmi eux, on note que<strong> de plus en plus de consommateurs s&rsquo;informent par le biais de vid\u00e9os, m\u00e9dia sur lequel il est donc conseill\u00e9 d&rsquo;investir si votre produit s&rsquo;y pr\u00eate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 noter aussi que les internautes qui proc\u00e8dent \u00e0 des achats en ligne s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 pouvoir <strong>r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leur bien en magasin ou \u00e0 leur institution scolaire, et le tout sans frais d&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Des d\u00e9penses en hausses<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un contexte \u00e9conomique difficile dans certaines provinces, la firme <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ey.com\/CA\/en\/Newsroom\/News-releases\/2015-Canadian-back-to-school-spending-to-increase-4-percent\">Ernst &amp; Young<\/a> estime que <strong>les d\u00e9penses des Canadiens seront en hausse de 4 % cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les faibles taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat, le prix de l&rsquo;essence ainsi que le taux de change d\u00e9favorable comptent parmi les facteurs qui am\u00e8neront les Canadiens \u00e0 d\u00e9penser plus et \u00e0 d\u00e9penser chez eux, au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Toujours selon Ernst &amp; Young, <strong>les enfants, parfois m\u00eame davantage que les parents, repr\u00e9sentent la cible \u00e0 convaincre<\/strong>. En effet, ceux-ci ont <strong>une influence grandissante sur les d\u00e9cisions d&rsquo;achat de la rentr\u00e9e<\/strong>.
