En voici quelques faits saillants.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Le gouvernement canadien, un des plus gros annonceurs au pays<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2013-2014, <strong>75,2 millions de dollars ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pens\u00e9s en publicit\u00e9<\/strong> (achats m\u00e9dia et production). Cette somme est similaire \u00e0 celle publi\u00e9e l\u2019an dernier, mais loin des sommes d\u00e9pens\u00e9es en 2009 -2010 (136 M$).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 noter que traditionnellement, <strong>le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral se classe dans le top 10 des plus gros\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketingmag.ca\/media\/what-groupms-report-says-about-canadas-media-market-122141\">annonceurs<\/a>\u00a0au pays<\/strong>, loin toutefois d&rsquo;entreprises comme Procter &amp; Gamble et Rogers, dont les d\u00e9penses respectives fr\u00f4lent maintenant les 200 et 150 millions de dollars.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Des fluctuations importantes dans les achats par m\u00e9dia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>La plus grosse portion des d\u00e9penses a \u00e9t\u00e9 destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, soit 46%<\/strong>. C\u2019est toutefois beaucoup moins que l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, o\u00f9 cette m\u00eame proportion atteignait 60%.<\/p>\n<p>Cette diminution des d\u00e9penses en t\u00e9l\u00e9 ne constitue toutefois pas une tendance \u00e0 long terme. En effet, celles-ci restent \u00e9gales ou sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 toutes celles enregistr\u00e9es avant 2012-2013.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, <strong>la proportion des d\u00e9penses Internet passe de 20% en 2012-2013 \u00e0 27% en 2013-2014<\/strong>. C\u2019est largement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 toute proportion enregistr\u00e9e dans le pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, en ce qui concerne les d\u00e9penses ventil\u00e9es par m\u00e9dia, <strong>la radio enregistre des hausses importantes, passant de 2% du budget en 2012-2013 \u00e0 12% en 2013-2014<\/strong>.
