Il en ressort que la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux se tournent en premier lieu vers leurs<strong> amis et\/ou leur famille <\/strong>avant de passer \u00e0 la caisse.<\/p>\n<p>39% s&rsquo;informent sur le site Internet du commer\u00e7ant, 35% sur les blogues ou les forums. 13% utilisent les journaux, les magazines ou la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision pour trouver de l&rsquo;information, et seulement <strong>10% passent par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Comme quoi, les entreprises et les marques ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 miser\u00a0sur ce bon vieux syst\u00e8me de recommandation orale pour attirer de nouveaux clients, mais aussi pour fid\u00e9liser les actuels, et les encourager \u00e0 propager la bonne parole.<\/p>\n<p>Et cela passe \u00e9videmment par la satisfaction client. On ne le r\u00e9p\u00e8tera jamais assez:\u00a0un<strong> consommateur satisfait <\/strong>repr\u00e9sente une v\u00e9ritable mine d&rsquo;or pour une marque.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude d\u00e9montre notamment qu&rsquo;une personne\u00a0qui recommande une marque a tendance \u00e0<strong> d\u00e9penser davantage <\/strong>pour celle-ci.
