Soft filter\" width=\"418\" height=\"278\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Parce qu&rsquo;ils se mettent une pression folle pour \u00eatre disponibles 100% du temps sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, les adolescents risquent la d\u00e9pression, les crises d&rsquo;angoisse ou l&rsquo;insomnie.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plupart des adolescents sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 Internet toute la sainte journ\u00e9e. Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Snapchat, Instagram&#8230; <strong>Leur attention n&rsquo;est pas monopolis\u00e9e par un seul r\u00e9seau social, mais par trois, quatre ou m\u00eame plus<\/strong>. Sauf que cette d\u00e9pendance a\u00a0des r\u00e9percussions sur leur sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bps.org.uk\/news\/pressure-be-available-social-media-causes-teen-anxiety-and-depression\">Selon des chercheurs de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Glasgow<\/a>, <strong>les risques sont r\u00e9els pour ces adolescents hyper-connect\u00e9s de tomber en d\u00e9pression, de faire des crises d&rsquo;angoisse, sans parler de l&rsquo;alt\u00e9ration de la qualit\u00e9 de leur sommeil<\/strong> &#8211; les jeunes squattant la Toile souvent jusque tard le soir, voire dans la nuit.<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont soumis 467 adolescents \u00e0 un questionnaire relatif \u00e0 leur utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 une batterie de tests.<\/p>\n<p>Il en ressort que certains jeunes ressentent le besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre branch\u00e9s de jour comme de nuit. <strong>Cette d\u00e9pendance, en plus de grignoter de pr\u00e9cieuses heures de sommeil aux ados en pleine croissance, se traduit souvent par un investissement \u00e9motionnel excessif<\/strong>: parce qu&rsquo;ils ont peur de manquer une publication, un message ou une information, et parce qu&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;obligent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre imm\u00e9diatement au moindre message re\u00e7u, ces jeunes sont en proie \u00e0 des crises d&rsquo;angoisse, \u00e0 une baisse de confiance en eux, et sont ainsi des sujets fort propices \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression. <strong>Ceux qui surfent de nuit sont les plus touch\u00e9s<\/strong>, selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi que le rappelle l&rsquo;un des chercheurs responsables de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, <strong>l&rsquo;adolescence est une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 l&rsquo;individu est particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rable face \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression et \u00e0 l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, un facteur largement boost\u00e9 par le manque de sommeil<\/strong>. Il appara\u00eet de plus en plus clairement que les r\u00e9seaux sociaux contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 cet \u00e9tat de fait.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces adolescents qui ont du mal \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise, les parents doivent redoubler de vigilance et les encourager \u00e0 appuyer sur le bouton OFF&#8230;<\/p>\n<div
