S&rsquo;ils font partie de l&rsquo;essence m\u00eame des ces plateformes, certains utilisateurs en mettent trop, quand d&rsquo;autres n&rsquo;en utilisent jamais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/hashtag-engagement.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-25323 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/hashtag-engagement.png\" alt=\"hashtag-engagement\" width=\"513\" height=\"226\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude met en relief les liens entre l\u2019utilisation des <em>hashtags<\/em> et <strong>l\u2019engagement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9alis\u00e9e par <a href=\"http:\/\/locowise.com\" target=\"_blank\">l\u2019outil de veille Locowise<\/a>, du 1er ao\u00fbt au 31 octobre 2015, elle pr\u00e9sente des r\u00e9sultats qui ont de quoi surprendre. En effet, Locowise calcule l\u2019engagement ainsi :<\/p>\n<p>Les gens qui ont \u00abaim\u00e9\u00bb, comment\u00e9 ou retweet\u00e9 une publication VS le nombre total d\u2019abonn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\">Sur Instagram<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Plus de 1 500 comptes actifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, totalisant plus de 135 000 publications et plus de 300 millions d\u2019abonn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>13,8% de l&rsquo;ensemble des publications n\u2019incluent aucun mot-clic.<\/p>\n<p>Le taux d\u2019engagement est le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019il y a <strong>trois <em>hashtags<\/em><\/strong> dans les publications (3,03%). Suivent les publications sans aucun hashtag, avec un\u00a0taux d\u2019engagement de\u00a03,02%.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25312\" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_instagram.png\" alt=\"engagement_instagram\" width=\"1156\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_instagram.png 1156w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_instagram-300x39.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_instagram-1024x133.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_instagram-900x117.png 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1156px) 100vw, 1156px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Locowise le confirme: <strong>la plupart des marques utilisent trop de mots-clics<\/strong>. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des publications (49%) en utilisent quatre ou plus \u00a0&#8211; et ce bien que le taux d\u2019engagement est \u00e0 son meilleur avec trois.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\">Et sur Twitter?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Plus de 1 300 comptes, cumulant plus de 60 millions d\u2019abonn\u00e9s et\u00a0pr\u00e8s de 600 000 tweets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s durant ces trois mois.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si l\u2019utilisation des <em>hashtags<\/em> est davantage reconnue sur Twitter, 55,8% des tweets n\u2019en contiennent pas du tout.<\/p>\n<p>Seuls 4,75 % des tweets \u00e9tudi\u00e9s contiennent trois mots-clics\u00a0ou plus: c&rsquo;est s\u00fbrement li\u00e9 au fait, comme le rappelle Locowise, que Twitter a une <strong>limite de 140 caract\u00e8res<\/strong>, contrairement \u00e0 Instagram.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25313\" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_twitter.png\" alt=\"engagement_twitter\" width=\"1160\" height=\"141\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_twitter.png 1160w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_twitter-300x36.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_twitter-1024x124.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/engagement_twitter-900x109.png 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1160px) 100vw, 1160px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fait \u00e9tonnant: ajouter un mot-clic\u00a0ne contribue pas \u00e0 augmenter le taux d\u2019engagement. Les tweets sans mot-clic\u00a0font mieux que ceux qui en ont.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\">Les recommandations?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sur\u00a0Instagram, Locowise recommande d\u2019\u00eatre tout \u00e0 fait \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec le fait de <strong>n\u2019utiliser aucun <em>hashtag<\/em><\/strong>, surtout s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;apporte rien de pertinent.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Mieux vaut se concentrer sur la qualit\u00e9 du contenu: il doit \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant, remarquable, dr\u00f4le, divertissant, inspirant, etc. \u00bb, peut-on lire dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Si un ou deux mots-clics\u00a0sont judicieux, c&rsquo;est bien de les utiliser, mais ne <strong>pas aller au-del\u00e0 de trois<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sur\u00a0Twitter, Locowise recommande sensiblement la m\u00eame chose, mais surtout de \u00abne pas perdre de temps \u00e0 trouver un hashtag\u00bb.
