Mais qu\u2019en est-il pour les conseils financiers?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23409 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Banque_Mobile_Fotolia_89922559_S.jpg\" alt=\"banque-en-ligne\" width=\"582\" height=\"388\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour leurs op\u00e9rations quotidiennes, les jeunes des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations Y et Z utilisent davantage les <strong>plateformes en ligne et mobiles<\/strong>. Selon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emarketer.com\/Article\/Millennials-Embrace-Mobile-Banking\/1012871\" target=\"_blank\">eMarketer<\/a>, d\u2019ici 2019, l\u2019utilisation des appareils mobiles pour effectuer des transactions financi\u00e8res augmentera de 73%.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des seuls aspects Web et mobile, les utilisateurs de m\u00e9dias sociaux parlent beaucoup d\u2019argent. Social Media Link, un fournisseur de solutions d\u2019activation marketing, a voulu savoir comment les <strong>recommandations et \u00e9valuations<\/strong> influencent les d\u00e9cisions relatives aux finances personnelles.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeu, 27% des r\u00e9pondants affirment\u00a0suivre les comptes d&rsquo;institutions financi\u00e8res <strong>dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019ils ont besoin d\u2019informations au sujet de solutions d\u2019\u00e9pargne ou d\u2019investissement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>46% v\u00e9rifient aupr\u00e8s de leurs amis Facebook;<\/li>\n<li>17% regardent sur Twitter;<\/li>\n<li>15% utilisent Instagram;<\/li>\n<li>13% cherchent sur Pinterest;<\/li>\n<li>10% se rendent\u00a0sur LinkedIn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lorsque vient le temps de <strong>prendre une d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;ordre financier<\/strong>, une personne sur cinq affirme se\u00a0baser sur une \u00e9valuation ou une recommandation au sujet d\u2019une carte de cr\u00e9dit ou d\u2019un service bancaire.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>41% affirment\u00a0avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9s par des \u00e9valuations de leur famille et leurs amis;<\/li>\n<li>29% prennent\u00a0leur d\u00e9cision en regardant le site Web d\u2019une institution financi\u00e8re;<\/li>\n<li>19% d\u00e9clarent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9s par les m\u00e9dias sociaux par le biais de leurs amis et abonn\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (49%) des r\u00e9pondants \u00e9mettent des \u00e9valuations ou des recommandations au sujet de cartes de cr\u00e9dit ou de services bancaires, et ce, plusieurs fois par ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales sources d\u2019information sont (par pourcentage de confiance):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La famille et les amis (84%);<\/li>\n<li>Le site Web des institutions financi\u00e8res (62%);<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9dias sociaux via\u00a0les amis et abonn\u00e9s (50%);<\/li>\n<li>Les sites Web d\u2019\u00e9valuation et de recommandation (49%);<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9dias traditionnels (30%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\">Les sujets les plus discut\u00e9s dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Selon Social Media Link, voici les sujets r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement abord\u00e9s dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux lorsqu\u2019il est question de <strong>finances personnelles<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conseils pour le budget (45%);<\/li>\n<li>Finances familiales (39%);<\/li>\n<li>Cartes de cr\u00e9dit (35%);<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction de dettes (35%);<\/li>\n<li>Investissements (32%);<\/li>\n<li>Planification de la retraite (28%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette \u00e9tude, 18 259 personnes membres de la communaut\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/smiley.socialmedialink.com\/home\" target=\"_blank\">Smiley360.com<\/a>\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sond\u00e9es entre les 19 novembre et 3 d\u00e9cembre 2015.<\/p>\n<p>94% des
