Contrairement \u00e0 Twitter qui peine \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des revenus, Facebook a compris comment mon\u00e9tiser son offre: en 2015, le site de Zuckerberg affichait 17,08 milliards de dollars de revenus publicitaires, contre 1,99 milliards pour Twitter. Une comparaison\u00a0\u00e0 prendre cependant avec des pincettes\u00a0car les deux r\u00e9seaux sociaux ne vivent pas la m\u00eame r\u00e9alit\u00e9: moins grand public que Facebook, Twitter compte moins d&rsquo;utilisateurs et il est plus difficile pour les marques d&rsquo;y cibler pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment leur audience.<\/p>\n<p>Jamais fatigu\u00e9, Facebook ne m\u00e9nage pas ses efforts pour r\u00e9colter toujours plus d&rsquo;argent:\u00a0ses 1,71 milliards d&rsquo;utilisateurs repr\u00e9sentent une mine d&rsquo;or pour les entreprises, et ce pour deux raisons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on parle donc d&rsquo;une audience hyper importante<\/li>\n<li>1,71 milliards d&rsquo;utilisateurs, ce sont autant de donn\u00e9es utiles pour personnaliser les publicit\u00e9s et maximiser ses chances de viser juste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jamais jusqu&rsquo;alors, les organisations n&rsquo;avaient eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 autant d&rsquo;informations concernant leurs clients &#8211; r\u00e9els ou potentiels. Facebook, ainsi que l&rsquo;indique Le Monde, a modifi\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont les entreprises font de la publicit\u00e9: l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;espace publicitaire est d\u00e9sormais remplac\u00e9 par l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;une audience.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouvel algorithme de Facebook, qui op\u00e8re un tri plus pr\u00e9cis des publications mises de l&rsquo;avant sur le fil d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9s des utilisateurs, oblige les marques \u00e0 mettre la main au portefeuille pour figurer par les posts visibles en premier. On n&rsquo;arr\u00eate plus les \u00e9quipes de Mark Zuckerberg,\u00a0que les autres r\u00e9seaux sociaux tentent de copier avec un principal objectif en t\u00eate: utiliser la publicit\u00e9 pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des recettes, oui, mais \u00e9viter \u00e0 tout prix les publicit\u00e9s trop intrusives, que les utilisateurs fuient comme la peste (on pense notamment \u00e0 YouTube et ses aga\u00e7antes publicit\u00e9s que tout le monde \u00abskip\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Toujours avec un temps d&rsquo;avance sur les autres, Facebook semble bien difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9tr\u00f4ner au royaume
