{"id":34204,"date":"2016-09-07T16:49:11","date_gmt":"2016-09-07T20:49:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=34204"},"modified":"2016-09-08T11:25:06","modified_gmt":"2016-09-08T15:25:06","slug":"budgets-marketing-la-pression-du-roi-est-forte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/budgets-marketing-la-pression-du-roi-est-forte\/","title":{"rendered":"Budgets marketing: la pression du ROI est forte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 20px;\">Selon la 7e \u00e9dition du rapport sur les budgets marketing d&rsquo;Oracle Marketing Cloud, la crise \u00e9conomique a fait mal aux portefeuilles des professionnels du secteur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34207 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/budget-marketing-fotolia_104570170_S.jpg\" alt=\"budget-marketing\" width=\"400\" height=\"283\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tous les ans, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oracle.com\/fr\/marketingcloud\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Oracle Marketing Cloud<\/a> publie, en collaboration avec le cabinet d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes <a href=\"https:\/\/econsultancy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Econsultancy<\/a>, un rapport sur les \u00e9volutions des budgets marketing. La firme interroge 500 professionnels du secteur, qui travaillent en entreprise ou en agence.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, il semble que les entreprises soient un peu plus frileuses qu&rsquo;auparavant: seules 52% d&rsquo;entre elles ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles souhaitaient augmenter leurs investissements en marketing en 2016. Ce chiffre (qui \u00e9tait de 63% en 2015) n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi bas depuis 4 ans. Ainsi que l&rsquo;indique le rapport, force est de constater que les budgets marketing \u00abr\u00e9sistent mal aux conseils d&rsquo;administration\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le contexte \u00e9conomique morose favorise la prudence des dirigeants, qui y pensent \u00e0 deux fois avant de d\u00e9penser leurs deniers. Bien que le client soit au coeur de leurs pr\u00e9occupations, ils subissent \u00e9galement la pression des chiffres et du retour sur investissement.<\/p>\n<p>Seules 35% des entreprises sond\u00e9es ont r\u00e9pondu allouer une partie de leur budget marketing \u00e0 des actions innovantes: voil\u00e0 qui ne laisse que peu d&rsquo;espace pour laisser s&rsquo;exprimer la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des marketeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Si les budgets marketing sont globalement r\u00e9-\u00e9valu\u00e9s \u00e0 la baisse cette ann\u00e9e, 73% des compagnies affirment vouloir augmenter leur enveloppe budg\u00e9taire pour le num\u00e9rique vs 21% pour le marketing \u00abtraditionnel\u00bb. Mais ici encore, les \u00e9quipes se heurtent au probl\u00e8me du ROI: il est pr\u00e9sentement plus facile de mesurer la performance d&rsquo;un e-mailing ou d&rsquo;une campagne de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement payant que d&rsquo;une vid\u00e9o ou des technologies mobiles.<\/p>\n<p>Quoiqu&rsquo;il en soit, les marketeurs ont bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de proposer une exp\u00e9rience client homog\u00e8ne et omnicanal. Pour preuve, 73% d&rsquo;entre eux ont indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 OMC vouloir investir dans de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s allant dans ce sens, plut\u00f4t que dans des campagnes isol\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les technologies num\u00e9riques dans lesquelles ils envisagent de d\u00e9penser de l&rsquo;argent, on en note 3 li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client: les tests A\/B (46%), la conversion et l&rsquo;optimisation (40%) ainsi que les donn\u00e9es analytiques (36%).<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport est disponible <a
