Cet automne, une nouvelle succursale ouvrira au centre-ville de New York.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/7d7dhJQBaf0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, une nouvelle vague d\u2019automatisation devrait compl\u00e8tement bouleverser le monde du travail. Cette tendance constitue d&rsquo;ailleurs le th\u00e8me du livre \u00e0 succ\u00e8s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/ig.ft.com\/sites\/business-book-award\/books\/2015\/winner\/the-rise-of-the-robots-by-martin-ford\" target=\"_blank\">The Rise of the Robots<\/a><\/em>, ou encore de cette <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oxfordmartin.ox.ac.uk\/downloads\/academic\/The_Future_of_Employment.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9tude<\/a>, men\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Oxford. Celle-ci vise notamment \u00e0 classer les emplois selon leur probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre automatis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s \u0153uvrant dans la restauration rapide, que ce soit en cuisine ou au comptoir, figurent parmi ceux ayant de fortes chances de laisser leur place \u00e0 des machines.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Scott Drummond, un des cofondateurs de Eatsa,\u00a0le caissier repr\u00e9sente un \u00abmaillon faible\u00bb dans la cha\u00eene de distribution de repas rapides.\u00a0Pour lui, les temps d&rsquo;attente ne sont pas le fait de la pr\u00e9paration des mets mais plut\u00f4t celui de la cha\u00eene de commande, d\u00e9ficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Andy Puzder, PDG de CKE Restaurant, partage cette opinion similaire et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/carls-jr-wants-open-automated-location-2016-3\" target=\"_blank\">songe<\/a> fortement \u00e0 optimiser ses restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>La jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tastingtable.com\/dine\/national\/millennials-hate-people-fast-food-workers-automation?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=TTShare\" target=\"_blank\">dont on dit souvent<\/a> qu&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent transiger avec une machine plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un humain, ne risque pas non plus de s&rsquo;opposer \u00e0 cette automatisation.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\">Un changement en douceur<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;automatisation dans le domaine de la restauration rapide aura un impact certain sur les emplois, que ce soit derri\u00e8re le comptoir ou dans les cuisines.<\/p>\n<p>McDonald&rsquo;s, dont l&rsquo;automatisation des commandes a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement m\u00e9diatis\u00e9e, s&rsquo;\u00e9tait montr\u00e9 rassurant quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;effet de ces innovations sur ses employ\u00e9s en succursales.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, la cha\u00eene\u00a0publiait un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newswire.ca\/fr\/news-releases\/mcdonalds-canada-a-cree-plus-de-2-835-emplois-au-quebec-591856881.html\" target=\"_blank\">communiqu\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0annon\u00e7ant qu&rsquo;elle avait cr\u00e9\u00e9 2 835 emplois dans ses 189 restaurants convertis \u00e0 travers le Qu\u00e9bec. Ces restaurants sont ceux qui ont notamment adopt\u00e9 le nouveau menu \u00abCr\u00e9ez \u00e0 Votre Go\u00fbt\u00bb, ainsi que le service de commande automatis\u00e9, deux aspects sur lesquels Mcdo, qui tente de se r\u00e9inventer, met \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/25stanley.com\/galchenyuk-gallagher-mcdonalds\/\" target=\"_blank\">emphase<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Natalie Saulnier, vice-pr\u00e9sidente pour l&rsquo;est du Canada des Restaurants McDonald du Canada Limit\u00e9e:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">le lancement de la nouvelle offre \u00abCr\u00e9ez \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt\u00bb et du concept des restaurants de l&rsquo;avenir nous ont amen\u00e9s \u00e0 transformer la dynamique dans nos restaurant et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des emplois suppl\u00e9mentaires, tels les nouveaux postes de Sp\u00e9cialistes de l&rsquo;Exp\u00e9rience-Client et de serveurs\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mais si les changements op\u00e9r\u00e9s par McDonald&rsquo;s semblent avoir un effet positif sur la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;emplois en succursale, on peut douter qu&rsquo;il en soit ainsi partout.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, pour l&rsquo;instant, ceux qui ont des craintes pour leur emploi peuvent \u00eatre rassur\u00e9s: les experts <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com.au\/robot-fast-food-workers-are-coming-2016-9\" target=\"_blank\">pr\u00e9disent<\/a> que l&rsquo;automatisation dans le domaine de la restauration rapide sera un processus lent, qui s&rsquo;op\u00e9rera sur plusieurs
