Par contre, seulement\u00a01 Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois sur 10\u00a0dit avoir compl\u00e9t\u00e9 en ligne une <strong>demande<\/strong> concernant des services bancaires tels que l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un compte ou encore des op\u00e9rations relatives \u00e0 des transactions de placement ou de financement autre qu\u2019une demande hypoth\u00e9caire (carte, marge ou pr\u00eat personnel).<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Toujours selon les donn\u00e9es de cette enqu\u00eate, les Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois sont de plus en plus nombreux (44\u00a0% en 2016\u00a0comparativement \u00e0 37 \u00a0% en 2015) \u00e0\u00a0ne plus vouloir se d\u00e9placer en succursale\u00a0et sont favorables \u00e0 une approche <strong>multicanale<\/strong> sauf pour une demande de pr\u00eat ou d\u2019hypoth\u00e8que pour laquelle ils sont 72\u00a0% \u00e0 pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer encore faire affaire avec un conseiller de leur succursale. Les donn\u00e9es confirment que cette solution est per\u00e7ue comme <strong>s\u00e9curitaire<\/strong> par 60\u00a0% des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois. Nouvellement introduit au pays, le paiement en magasin \u00e0 l\u2019aide du mobile demeure <strong>peu r\u00e9pandu<\/strong> au Qu\u00e9bec puisque seulement 4\u00a0% des adultes ayant un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone intelligent en ont fait usage au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e pour payer leurs achats.
