Cette histoire a ramen\u00e9 sur la table la<strong> gestion<\/strong> des commentaires sur le r\u00e9seau. Pour\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.buzzfeed.com\/charliewarzel\/a-honeypot-for-assholes-inside-twitters-10-year-failure-to-s?utm_term=.tqdBrB581D#.rlM8j89kva\">certains<\/a>,<\/span> cette gestion a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>probl\u00e9matique<\/strong> et d\u00e9ficiente. Pour les dirigeants de\u00a0<strong>Twitter,<\/strong> la question n\u2019est pas simple et le d\u00e9bat entre libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression et protection des usagers <strong>divise<\/strong> ses dirigeants depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques mois plus tard, au lendemain des <strong>\u00e9lections<\/strong> pr\u00e9sidentielles aux \u00c9tats-Unis, c\u2019\u00e9tait au tour de <strong>Facebook<\/strong> d\u2019\u00eatre montr\u00e9e du doigt pour avoir contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la propagation de <strong>fausses nouvelles.<\/strong> Selon plusieurs, cela aurait influenc\u00e9 le r\u00e9sultat du <strong>vote.<\/strong> Rapidement, le patron de Facebook a tenu \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre ses\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/zuck\/posts\/10103253901916271\">r\u00e9flexions<\/a><\/span>\u00a0sur le sujet. Selon lui, il est difficile de d\u00e9partager le<strong> vrai<\/strong> du <strong>faux.<\/strong> Dans certains cas, la base d\u2019une nouvelle est vraie, mais elle est accompagn\u00e9e de d\u00e9tails qui ne sont pas v\u00e9ridiques. Dans d\u2019autres cas, les faits sont exacts, mais un lecteur pourrait identifier un contenu comme \u00e9tant faux simplement parce qu\u2019il est en d\u00e9saccord avec celui-ci. Malgr\u00e9 ses premi\u00e8res <strong>r\u00e9ticences,<\/strong> Zuckerberg a\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.csmonitor.com\/Technology\/2016\/1119\/How-Zuckerberg-s-changing-his-mind-on-Facebook-s-fake-news-dilemma\">modifi\u00e9<\/a><\/span>\u00a0son discours quelques jours plus tard et annonc\u00e9 comment il s\u2019attaquerait au <strong>probl\u00e8me<\/strong> de contenu sur son r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les derniers jours, c\u2019est Google, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la compagnie\u00a0<strong>YouTube,<\/strong> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=41938\">d\u00e9laiss\u00e9e<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>par une s\u00e9rie de gros <strong>annonceurs.<\/strong> Et pendant qu\u2019on reproche \u00e0 Google son <strong>laxisme<\/strong> face au contenu \u00e0 caract\u00e8re haineux, on l\u2019accuse de manquer d\u2019ouverture sur la\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/life-style\/gadgets-and-tech\/news\/youtube-lgbt-google-videos-restricted-mode-sensitive-issues-health-politics-sexuality-a7639036.html\">diffusion<\/a><\/span>\u00a0d\u2019autres types de contenus.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Un probl\u00e8me complexe<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La gestion du contenu en ligne pose de grands <strong>d\u00e9fis,<\/strong> autant technologiques qu\u2019id\u00e9ologiques. D\u2019abord, comment faire le <strong>tri<\/strong> \u00e0 travers tout ce qui est publi\u00e9? Sur YouTube, des centaines d\u2019heures de vid\u00e9os sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es toutes les minutes. Sur Facebook, des centaines de millions de photos et de commentaires sont partag\u00e9s chaque jour.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, qu\u2019est-ce qui est <strong>acceptable<\/strong> et qu\u2019est-ce qui ne l\u2019est pas? \u00c0 quel moment un propos est-il <strong>inappropri\u00e9<\/strong> ou pas suffisamment <strong>cr\u00e9dible<\/strong> pour \u00eatre mis en ligne? Le <strong>Web<\/strong> est rempli de th\u00e9ories du complot bas\u00e9es sur des hypoth\u00e8ses douteuses.
