C\u2019est une <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/blog\/working-creativity\/201102\/is-creativity-the-number-1-skill-the-21st-century\">comp\u00e9tence incontournable<\/a>,<\/span> c\u2019est la cl\u00e9 de l\u2019<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/daniel-burrus\/creativity-and-innovation_b_4149993.html\">innovation<\/a>,<\/span> en plus d\u2019\u00eatre la voie de<strong> salut<\/strong> pour survivre \u00e0 un march\u00e9 de l\u2019<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/phys.org\/news\/2013-10-precarious-employment.html\">emploi pr\u00e9caire<\/a><\/span> et un <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2016\/01\/the-10-skills-you-need-to-thrive-in-the-fourth-industrial-revolution\/\">avenir robotis\u00e9<\/a><\/span>. \u00c0 elle seule, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 r\u00e8glera tous nos probl\u00e8mes, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/report-on-business\/economy\/growth\/only-radical-thinking-will-solve-environmental-problems\/article4217629\/\">environnementaux<\/a> <\/span>y compris.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce qu\u2019on <strong>abuse<\/strong> du concept?<\/p>\n<p>En 2016, <strong>Lucy Kellaway<\/strong> a recens\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 2\u00a0millions de professionnels mentionnant le mot \u00abcr\u00e9atif\u00bb ou \u00abcr\u00e9ativit\u00e9\u00bb dans leur titre d\u2019emploi affich\u00e9 sur <strong>LinkedIn.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comment les bl\u00e2mer, quand toutes les <strong>entreprises<\/strong> recherchent la m\u00eame chose. La chroniqueuse r\u00e9pertoriait au m\u00eame moment plus de 32\u00a0000 <strong>offres d\u2019emploi<\/strong> mentionnant la \u00abcr\u00e9ativit\u00e9\u00bb comme<strong> comp\u00e9tence<\/strong> requise, alors que 2\u00a0700 demandaient la \u00abpolitesse\u00bb et 300 \u00abl\u2019esprit de coop\u00e9ration\u00bb. \u00c0 Londres uniquement, sur le site d\u2019emploi<strong> Indeed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Depuis deux d\u00e9cennies, proteste la chroniqueuse, les gens d\u2019affaires nous ont bassin\u00e9s sur ce que c\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019\u00eatre cr\u00e9atif. Plus de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est toujours mieux que moins \u2013 et surtout, il ne peut jamais trop y en avoir.\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Des exc\u00e8s \u00e9vidents<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Soulignons d\u2019abord que toute cette <strong>attention<\/strong> dirig\u00e9e vers la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas sans fondements. On associe \u00e0 la notion, \u00e9tude apr\u00e8s \u00e9tude, des <strong>effets positifs<\/strong> sur le <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.psychologicalscience.org\/news\/minds-business\/creative-hobbies-linked-with-job-performance.html#.WO4xtBLyvBI\">rendement au travail<\/a>,<\/span> le <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0148296308000325\">leadership<\/a>,<\/span> la <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s10869-009-9094-4\">satisfaction professionnelle<\/a><\/span> et le <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.businessnewsdaily.com\/6278-creativity-can-boost-employee-well-being.html\">bien-\u00eatre<\/a><\/span> g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Mais certaines mises en \u0153uvre de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 au travail semblent <strong>contreproductives<\/strong> ou farfelues. Dans un article de 2016, la <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/05\/creative-job-titles-can-energize-workers\">Havard Business Review<\/a><\/span> (HBR) citait des exemples de<strong> titres<\/strong> d\u2019emploi \u00abimaginatifs\u00bb cens\u00e9s motiver les employ\u00e9s. Des commis promus \u00ab<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mysubwaycareer.com\/Home\/JobDescriptions?clt=en-US\">artistes de la sandwich<\/a><\/span>\u00bb (chez Subway). Des r\u00e9ceptionnistes\u00a0d\u00e9sign\u00e9es \u00abdirectrices de la premi\u00e8re impression\u00bb, des relationnistes appel\u00e9es \u00ab\u00e9vang\u00e9listes de marque\u00bb. Vraiment? Malgr\u00e9 le<strong> ridicule,<\/strong> la recherche \u00e9voqu\u00e9e par la <strong>HBR<\/strong> y voyait un impact <strong>positif<\/strong> sur le moral des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s cr\u00e9atives ont \u00e9galement la <strong>cote<\/strong> en entreprise. Mais que dire de l\u2019id\u00e9e de r\u00e9unir son personnel pour jouer aux <strong>blocs Lego,<\/strong> comme le rapporte Lucy Kellaway dans son article. L\u2019entreprise <strong>Kantar Media<\/strong> aurait effectivement convi\u00e9 tous ses employ\u00e9s \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance intensive de construction de blocs, afin que chacun produise sa version d\u2019un \u00abmonde extraordinaire\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un courriel \u00e0 la chroniqueuse, un employ\u00e9 a qualifi\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement de \u00abchose la plus <strong>absurde<\/strong> qui est jamais arriv\u00e9e sur [son] lieu de travail\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Savoir doser<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Lucy Kellaway n\u2019est pas la seule \u00e0 voir les <strong>limites<\/strong> de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 au travail. Dans un <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fastcompany.com\/3063459\/how-to-be-less-creative-at-work-and-why-you-sometimes-should\">article<\/a> <\/span>publi\u00e9 dans <strong>Fast Company,<\/strong> le professeur <strong>Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic<\/strong> explique que la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas la solution de tous les probl\u00e8mes professionnels:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Aucune qualit\u00e9 humaine n\u2019est universellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, lance-t-il en ouverture. Et m\u00eame si la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 a plusieurs attraits, elle a aussi des <strong>contreparties.<\/strong>\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Des exemples? \u00c7a rend le comportement d\u2019un employ\u00e9 <strong>impr\u00e9visible.<\/strong> \u00c7a pousse une entreprise \u00e0 prendre des <strong>risques<\/strong> inutiles. Puis d\u2019ailleurs, la <strong>solution<\/strong> \u00e0 bien des probl\u00e8mes existe d\u00e9j\u00e0.
