Les <strong>avantages<\/strong> les plus souvent cit\u00e9s dans le rapport Randstad: \u00ab<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">la\u00a0possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter ou de r\u00e9duire facilement la<strong> taille<\/strong> des effectifs\u00bb (45\u00a0%), \u00abse pr\u00e9parer pour faire face \u00e0 la <strong>p\u00e9nurie<\/strong> de talents des prochaines ann\u00e9es\u00bb (35\u00a0%) et \u00abs\u2019adapter au fait que plus de travailleurs optent pour un emploi <strong>non traditionnel<\/strong>\u00bb (32\u00a0%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Et tout indique que le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne ira en s\u2019<strong>amplifiant<\/strong>, car une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019employeurs (85\u00a0%) pr\u00e9voient recourir \u00e0 un bassin d\u2019employ\u00e9s <strong>\u00abagiles\u00bb<\/strong> d\u2019ici 2025.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Les travailleurs sont d\u2019accord<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Comment r\u00e9agissent les <strong>travailleurs<\/strong> devant un tel bouleversement du monde du travail? Plut\u00f4t bien!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les Canadiens, en particulier ceux de la <strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y,<\/strong> sont en train de <strong>red\u00e9finir<\/strong> leur fa\u00e7on de voir l\u2019emploi, a expliqu\u00e9 Marc-\u00c9tienne Julien, chef de la direction de Randstad Canada,\u00a0dans le communiqu\u00e9 accompagnant le rapport. [\u2026] Les nouvelles technologies et de nouvelles attitudes face \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi influencent profond\u00e9ment ce \u00e0 quoi ressembleront les effectifs en<strong> 2025.<\/strong> Cette nouvelle fa\u00e7on de penser et la volont\u00e9 des jeunes Canadiens de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les mod\u00e8les non classiques plut\u00f4t que les postes habituels de \u00ab\u00a09 \u00e0 5 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<strong> changeront<\/strong> grandement le monde du travail au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie.\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L<strong>\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat<\/strong> est effectivement l\u00e0 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des travailleurs. C\u2019est la <strong>flexibilit\u00e9<\/strong> qu\u2019ils appr\u00e9cient en premier lieu: 62\u00a0% des employ\u00e9s sond\u00e9s par Randstad aimeraient que leur patron soit plus ouvert \u00abaux modalit\u00e9s de travail flexible\u00bb.
