Les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions \u00e9taient des faits d&rsquo;ordre <strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d\u2019<strong>Alexa<\/strong> de l&rsquo;entreprise <strong>Amazon<\/strong> (actif dans les appareils Amazon Echo), seulement <strong>21\u00a0%<\/strong> des questions pos\u00e9es ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 une <strong>r\u00e9ponse.<\/strong> Parmi les questions r\u00e9pondues, la r\u00e9ponse \u00e9tait exacte dans<strong> 87\u00a0%<\/strong> des cas.<\/p>\n<p>La meilleure performance vient de <strong>Google Assistant<\/strong> (actif dans Google Home), avec <strong>68\u00a0%<\/strong> de questions r\u00e9pondues et<strong> 90\u00a0%<\/strong> de r\u00e9ponses <strong>exactes<\/strong> parmi elles.<\/p>\n<p>Quant au syst\u00e8me<strong> Siri<\/strong> d&rsquo;Apple, il performe \u00e0 peine mieux qu&rsquo;Alexa, avec <strong>22\u00a0%<\/strong> de questions r\u00e9pondues. Si vous \u00eates d\u00e9tenteur d&rsquo;un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone intelligent ou encore d&rsquo;une tablette d&rsquo;Apple, vous avez peut-\u00eatre remarqu\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point le syst\u00e8me a de la <strong>difficult\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 comprendre certains termes ou r\u00e9f\u00e8re parfois \u00e0 des <strong>hyperliens<\/strong> au lieu de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une question bien sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Une utilisation pour des questions simples<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Avec le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;<strong>intelligence artificielle,<\/strong>\u00a0 les assistants personnels devraient devenir des <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/innovations\/wp\/2017\/05\/03\/in-the-future-virtual-assistants-will-not-only-take-orders-theyll-have-ideas-of-their-own\/\">compagnons pr\u00e9cieux<\/a> <\/span>au fil du temps. Ils seront en effet capables d\u2019<strong>anticiper<\/strong> des besoins, faire des <strong>suggestions<\/strong> ou <strong>ex\u00e9cuter<\/strong> des t\u00e2ches demandant un certain niveau de complexit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est toutefois \u00e0 des usages beaucoup plus <strong>simples<\/strong> qu\u2019ils sont employ\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentement par plusieurs utilisateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Selon un <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/chart\/9579\/smart-speaker-use-cases\/\">sondage<\/a><\/span> men\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis par la firme<strong> Comscore, 60\u00a0%<\/strong> des d\u00e9tenteurs d&rsquo;un assistant personnel l&rsquo;utilisent pour poser des questions d&rsquo;ordre <strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/strong> Il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;usage le plus r\u00e9pandu apr\u00e8s les requ\u00eates li\u00e9es \u00e0 la <strong>m\u00e9t\u00e9o<\/strong> (57\u00a0%) et les demandes d&rsquo;\u00e9coute de <strong>musique<\/strong> en continu
