Quelle part des efforts doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9e sur des solutions technologiques pouvant amener des retomb\u00e9es imm\u00e9diates, et quelle part doit \u00eatre consacr\u00e9e aux technologies futures?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6159 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/marketing-contenu-priorite-marketeurs-F.jpg\" alt=\"marketing-contenu-priorite-marketeurs\" width=\"603\" height=\"452\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/marketing-contenu-priorite-marketeurs-F.jpg 800w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/marketing-contenu-priorite-marketeurs-F-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 603px) 100vw, 603px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px; color: #808080;\">6 juillet 2017<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 2016 et 2017, la firme d&rsquo;envergure internationale <strong>NewBase<\/strong> a<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thenewbase.com\/fileadmin\/uploads\/Insights\/Marketing_Priorities_2017.compressed__1__01.pdf\">sond\u00e9<\/a><\/span> plus de <strong>1000\u00a0professionnels<\/strong> du marketing partout \u00e0 travers le monde afin de conna\u00eetre leurs <strong>priorit\u00e9s<\/strong> en termes de<strong> technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plus r\u00e9cente vague de ce sondage, administr\u00e9e entre <strong>mars et avril\u00a02017,<\/strong> illustre bien \u00e0 quel point certains enjeux li\u00e9s aux technologies gagnent ou perdent rapidement de l&rsquo;<strong>importance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Le mobile encore la priorit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le sondage r\u00e9v\u00e8le d\u2019abord que l\u2019enjeu technologique <strong>prioritaire<\/strong> des professionnels en marketing reste les possibilit\u00e9s qu\u2019am\u00e8nent les <strong>appareils mobiles.<\/strong> En effet, <strong>63\u00a0%<\/strong> des r\u00e9pondants ont plac\u00e9 cet enjeu parmi les cinq plus importants pour eux. Ce pourcentage est comparable \u00e0 celui de <strong>2016,<\/strong> soit <strong>66\u00a0%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les autre solutions technologiques faisant partie du<strong> top\u00a05<\/strong> du plus grand nombre de professionnels du marketing sont, dans l\u2019ordre, le <strong><em>big data<\/em>,<\/strong> le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019<strong>applications mobiles,<\/strong> les logiciels de gestion des <strong>m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong> et la <strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Des enjeux qui changent en un an<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si les <strong>enjeux<\/strong> prioritaires des r\u00e9pondants au sondage de NewBase restent sensiblement les <strong>m\u00eames <\/strong>cette ann\u00e9e, certains sujets ont gagn\u00e9 en <strong>importance<\/strong> entre 2016 et 2017. En 2013, l&rsquo;<strong>intelligence artificielle<\/strong> faisait partie des cinq priorit\u00e9s de seulement 13\u00a0% des professionnels du marketing. Cette ann\u00e9e, ce pourcentage a grimp\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>30\u00a0%.<\/strong> Ce constat est peu surprenant quand on voit le nombre d&rsquo;articles dans les journaux et les sites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s qui ont trait\u00e9 de ce<strong> sujet<\/strong> dans la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, le <strong>commerce sur mobile<\/strong> (60\u00a0% vs 26\u00a0%) et l&rsquo;<strong>internet des objets<\/strong> (51\u00a0% vs 35\u00a0%) ont<strong> perdu<\/strong> de l&rsquo;importance entre 2016 et 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Des <strong>choix de r\u00e9ponse<\/strong> ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s dans la plus r\u00e9cente vague du sondage, dont la <strong><em>blockchain<\/em>,<\/strong> les <strong>drones<\/strong> ainsi que les<strong> assistants vocaux.<\/strong> Cette derni\u00e8re innovation fait partie des <strong>cinq enjeux <\/strong>prioritaires de <strong>22\u00a0% <\/strong>des professionnels sond\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re de ces donn\u00e9es, certains pourraient conclure que les professionnels du marketing ne mettent pas assez l&#8217;emphase sur les <strong>technologies<\/strong> \u00e0 venir.
