Par cons\u00e9quent, une grande part des d\u00e9cisions d\u2019achat sont prises en <strong>point de vente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon la firme <strong>Nielsen,<\/strong> seulement 29\u00a0% des consommateurs savent quelle <strong>marque<\/strong> ils se procureront avant d\u2019entrer dans le commerce.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>promotion<\/strong> en point de vente rev\u00eat donc ici toute son importance, de m\u00eame que l\u2019<strong>apparence<\/strong> du produit.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019une analyse comparative de 20\u00a0bouteilles de vin conduite par Nielsen,<strong> 57\u00a0%<\/strong> plus de r\u00e9pondants ont remarqu\u00e9 la bouteille la plus <strong>visible<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 celle ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e la moins visible.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Une d\u00e9marche rigoureuse<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Il n\u2019est toutefois pas \u00e9vident de d\u00e9terminer qu\u2019est-ce qui rend une bouteille plus visible ou plus <strong>attrayante<\/strong> aux yeux des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, la firme <strong>Nielsen<\/strong> promulgue toutefois quelques conseils. Le premier est d&rsquo;investir suffisamment dans le d\u00e9veloppement de son <strong>design.<\/strong> L&rsquo;id\u00e9e qu&rsquo;avance la firme de consultation est qu&rsquo;une <strong>publicit\u00e9<\/strong> de 30\u00a0secondes repr\u00e9sente des co\u00fbts similaires sinon plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s qu&rsquo;un processus de modification du design. Toutefois, ce dernier a l&rsquo;avantage de toucher <strong>100\u00a0%<\/strong> des acheteurs potentiels en point de vente, alors qu&rsquo;une publicit\u00e9 ne rejoint qu&rsquo;une <strong>faible part<\/strong> du march\u00e9 cible.<\/p>\n<p>Il serait \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique de tester de multiples options de <strong>design.<\/strong> Malheureusement, les entreprises qui envisagent plus de quatre options ne repr\u00e9senteraient pour l&rsquo;instant qu&rsquo;environ <strong>15\u00a0%<\/strong> du lot.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, Nielsen conseille d&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9couter<\/strong> les experts et les consommateurs au moment de faire un choix de concept.
