Bell qui, d&rsquo;une part, profite de l\u2019engouement de la s\u00e9rie Montr\u00e9al-Boston pour lancer une publicit\u00e9 qui sort du cadre de sa campagne actuelle. D\u2019autre part, la r\u00e9plique tr\u00e8s rapide de Vid\u00e9otron \u00e0 son concurrent.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cet exemple d\u00e9montre une des applications possibles\u00a0du marketing agile\u00a0: la rapidit\u00e9 et la flexibilit\u00e9 des organisations \u00e0 poser des actions marketing et \u00e0 r\u00e9agir aux changements dans leur environnement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inspir\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9veloppement de solutions informatiques du m\u00eame nom, le\u00a0concept marketing agile se d\u00e9cline de plusieurs mani\u00e8res. Les actions qui en d\u00e9coulent sont bas\u00e9es autant sur l\u2019intuition que sur l&rsquo;analyse de donn\u00e9es rigoureuses, et doivent autant que possible \u00eatre mesurables. Les entreprises qui adoptent le concept doivent aussi \u00eatre pr\u00eates \u00e0 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation, donc \u00e0 faire une place \u00e0 l&rsquo;erreur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>D&rsquo;autres exemples de marketing agile<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafepress.fr\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Cafepress<\/span><\/a> <\/strong><\/span>est un bon exemple d&rsquo;une entreprise agile. Le site de conception et d&rsquo;achats de t-shirt propose des items adapt\u00e9s aux tendances de l&rsquo;heure. L&rsquo;entreprise consulte notamment les r\u00e9sultats de recherche sur son site pour mettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant-plan les th\u00e8mes les plus recherch\u00e9s. Elle est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute des commentaires de ses clients sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, dont elle se sert par ailleurs pour apporter des am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 ses processus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P&amp;G a \u00e9galement fait bon usage du concept lors de sa populaire campagne mettant en vedette le <em>Old Spice Guy<\/em>. En plus de ses publicit\u00e9s t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9es, pr\u00e8s de 200 vid\u00e9os ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/watch?v=d1JxgdWDzdQ\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">questions des internautes<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>. Une des cl\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux est la spontan\u00e9it\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 de surprendre. Un tweet qui prend deux semaines \u00e0 faire le tour de la direction avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre publi\u00e9 part d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec une prise contre lui.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D&rsquo;autre part, les consommateurs s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 plus d&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9, de spontan\u00e9it\u00e9 et de transparence de la part des entreprises, et s&rsquo;attendent de plus en plus \u00e0 pouvoir collaborer au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des produits qu&rsquo;ils utilisent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autre point important, les donn\u00e9es sur le comportement des clients sont de plus en plus accessibles et donnent l&rsquo;occasion \u00e0 certaines organisations d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer de fa\u00e7on constante leurs produits. C&rsquo;est le cas des entreprises qui \u00e9voluent dans le monde des jeux freemium.
