De plus, seuls <strong>27\u00a0%<\/strong> mentionnent que leurs initiatives en termes de fid\u00e9lisation g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un effet <strong>positif.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9taillants sond\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement <strong>sceptiques<\/strong> quant au niveau de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de leur client\u00e8le, alors qu&rsquo;un faible<strong> 5\u00a0%<\/strong> estime que leurs clients sont <strong>loyaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, diff\u00e9rentes <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.accessdevelopment.com\/customer-loyalty-statistics-2017-edition\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00e9tudes<\/span><\/a> ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les consommateurs, notamment au <a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=16741\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Canada<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">,<\/span> \u00e9taient plus <strong>difficiles<\/strong> \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser. L&rsquo;abondance d&rsquo;informations disponibles en ligne ainsi que la <strong>concurrence<\/strong> f\u00e9roce dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs font que, m\u00eame satisfaits, plusieurs consommateurs n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 magasiner <strong>ailleurs<\/strong> d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;une occasion se pr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Les programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 remis en cause<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le sondage d&rsquo;EY montre aussi un<strong> paradoxe<\/strong> en mati\u00e8re de programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9. Alors que <strong>80\u00a0%<\/strong> jugent que ceux-ci sont <strong>essentiels<\/strong> afin de mieux comprendre les besoins et les comportements des clients, <strong>84\u00a0%<\/strong> d\u00e9clarent que leur propre programme est <strong>inefficace.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9sultat pourrait s&rsquo;expliquer en partie par le fait que peu de d\u00e9taillants semblent tirer vraiment<strong> profit<\/strong> de leurs programmes. Seulement <strong>19\u00a0%<\/strong> d&rsquo;entre eux se serviraient de leurs donn\u00e9es et de leurs syst\u00e8mes pour <strong>comprendre<\/strong> les besoins de chaque consommateur, et \u00e0 peine <strong>30\u00a0%<\/strong> seraient en mesure d&rsquo;utiliser la technologie pour <strong>personnaliser<\/strong> l&rsquo;offre et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client en tout temps.<\/p>\n<p>Certains signes montrent que ces <strong>doutes<\/strong> envers l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 seraient partag\u00e9s par les consommateurs. Une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accenture.com\/t20170216T035010Z__w__\/us-en\/_acnmedia\/PDF-43\/Accenture-Strategy-GCPR-Customer-Loyalty.pdf#zoom=50\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00e9tude<\/span><\/a> de la firme <strong>Accenture<\/strong> publi\u00e9e l&rsquo;an dernier indiquait que pr\u00e8s des trois quarts des consommateurs jugeaient que les programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 n&rsquo;engendraient pas un comportement plus <strong>loyal<\/strong> envers les marques.\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9tude mentionnait \u00e9galement que ces programmes, tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandus, co\u00fbtent souvent tr\u00e8s<strong> cher<\/strong> aux entreprises par rapport aux <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fices<\/strong> qu&rsquo;ils rapportent.<\/p>\n<div
