Avec ses 150 millions de pieds carr\u00e9s de terrain dans la r\u00e9gion de Qu\u00e9bec, le promoteur immobilier, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait ses preuves dans le march\u00e9 commercial, souhaite diversifier son offre de service en affichant son savoir-faire aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00abLe d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait de taille consid\u00e9rant que le domaine de la construction souffre encore malheureusement de certaines perceptions, et que les consommateurs se sentent souvent craintifs, peu en confiance et vuln\u00e9rables, explique St\u00e9phane Michaud, vice-pr\u00e9sident marketing et communications chez Groupe Dallaire. On a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019attaquer de front cette id\u00e9e pr\u00e9con\u00e7ue et d\u2019offrir la tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit au client pour d\u00e9montrer comment notre mod\u00e8le nous
