Alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait assez rare d\u2019avoir quelqu\u2019un de d\u00e9di\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 l\u2019organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement<\/span><span class=\"s2\">s<\/span> <span class=\"s2\">dans les entreprises il y a une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, c\u2019est <\/span><span class=\"s2\">maintenant <\/span><span class=\"s1\">devenu un<\/span><span class=\"s2\">e<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> v\u00e9ritable <\/span><span class=\"s2\">profession<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> en soi. C\u2019est un nouveau m\u00e9tier de gestionnaire de projet qui se fait d\u00e9sormais a temps plein et non plus <\/span><span class=\"s2\">par un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) ou un(e) directeur(rice) des ventes <\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de sa job <\/span><span class=\"s2\">principale<\/span><span class=\"s3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dans la formation, je pr\u00e9sente les 20 \u00e9tapes de la<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">r\u00e9alisation <\/span><span class=\"s1\">d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement et cinq outils essentiels pour <\/span><span class=\"s2\">g\u00e9rer efficacement la mise sur pied de ce dernier<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, comme\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ancier, le budget et le sc\u00e9nario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\">Quelles sont les qualit\u00e9s requises pour ce m\u00e9tier ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">L.N. :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span>La base, c&rsquo;est le sens de l&rsquo;organisation. Il faut \u00eatre minutieux et \u00eatre sensible aux moindres d\u00e9tails&#8230; car c&rsquo;est souvent dans des petites choses que se cachent les probl\u00e8mes !<\/p>\n<p>Il faut aussi avoir une capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance au stress. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s certaines \u00e9tudes, il s&rsquo;agirait d&rsquo;un des 5 m\u00e9tiers les plus stressants.<\/p>\n<p>Je dirais \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;il fait aimer travailler en \u00e9quipe, avec des clients et savoir g\u00e9rer les caract\u00e8res de chacun. C&rsquo;est en effet beaucoup de gestion humaine au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il faut savoir \u00eatre polyvalent et multit\u00e2ches ! Disposer d&rsquo;un esprit d&rsquo;analyse sur une situation est un plus pour progresser et comprendre les enjeux.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\">Quelles sont les erreurs souvent commises lors des \u00e9v\u00e9nements ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">L.N. :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span>La mauvaise communication est le probl\u00e8me num\u00e9ro 1. Que cela soit en externe ou en interne. Soit il y a un probl\u00e8me de non transmission ou d&rsquo;une transmission seulement partielle des informations. Soit, il y a un m\u00e9lange et la bonne information n&rsquo;est pas donn\u00e9e aux bonnes personnes.<\/p>\n<p>On voit aussi souvent des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 cause du manque d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et du fameux\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0je pensais que&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb. La gestion du temps est \u00e9galement un d\u00e9fi car c&rsquo;est un m\u00e9tier o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on travaille souvent le soir et la fin de semaine. Il faut ainsi savoir travailler efficacement et bien savoir g\u00e9rer son temps.<\/p>\n<p>Au final, plus l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement est planifi\u00e9 en d\u00e9tails, plus il sera simple \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le Jour J. Et moins tu seras stress\u00e9 \u00e0 ton \u00e9v\u00e9nement !
