R\u00e9sultat : l&rsquo;onde de choc est marqu\u00e9e et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=57192\">gestionnaires de communaut\u00e9<\/a> <\/span>se rappellent encore de cette (grosse) douche froide. En janvier dernier, Facebook annon\u00e7ait un <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=54888\">changement d&rsquo;algorithme pour privil\u00e9gier les interactions entre amis<\/a> <\/span>au d\u00e9triment&#8230; des pages d&rsquo;entreprises. Avec pour cons\u00e9quence, une chute spectaculaire de la port\u00e9e organique des publications de ces derni\u00e8res, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=56687\">qui ont tent\u00e9 de se replier vers les groupes, la nouvelle marotte du r\u00e9seau social<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour analyser l&rsquo;ampleur des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts, Buffer, l&rsquo;application de gestion de comptes sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 BuzzSumo, l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;intelligence en analyse de contenu. Ensemble, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.business2community.com\/brandviews\/buffer\/we-analyzed-43-million-facebook-posts-from-the-top-20000-brands-new-research-02105336\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ils ont analys\u00e9 plus de 43 millions de publications sur Facebook de 20 000 plus grandes marques<\/a><\/span>. Voici leurs grands enseignements.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\">1. Les pages publient beaucoup plus de contenus&#8230;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, il convient de remarquer que le changement d&rsquo;algorithme n&rsquo;a pas chang\u00e9 les habitudes des marques, au contraire. Elles ont en effet continu\u00e9 \u00e0 publier toujours plus de contenus sur Facebook : + 24 % en un an.<\/p>\n<p>De 6,5 millions au premier trimestre 2017 (soit 72 000 par jour), le nombre de publications a atteint 8,1 millions au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2018 soit 20 000 publications de plus par jour. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un contenu de plus par jour par grande marque en moyenne !<\/p>\n<p>Sachant que ces derni\u00e8res publient 135 fois par mois&#8230; soit 4 fois par jour.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-58020\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Volume-of-Facebook-Posts-300x214.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"544\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Volume-of-Facebook-Posts-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Volume-of-Facebook-Posts-768x549.jpg 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Volume-of-Facebook-Posts-1024x731.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Volume-of-Facebook-Posts.jpg 1400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 544px) 100vw, 544px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\">2. &#8230; mais l&rsquo;engagement est en chute libre<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, l&rsquo;engagement total (partage, \u00ab\u00a0j&rsquo;aime\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9actions, commentaires) a chut\u00e9 de plus de 50 % en 18 mois ! Les <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=57283\">gestionnaires de communaut\u00e9<\/a><\/span> ne sont pas tous devenus mauvais du jour au lendemain. L&rsquo;explication est plut\u00f4t \u00e0 chercher du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la concurrence accrue entre publication (cf graphique ci-dessus) : l&rsquo;engagement a sembl\u00e9 en effet stagner en 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Mais aussi et surtout du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du fameux changement d&rsquo;algorithme : le graphique ci-dessous montre bien l&rsquo;influence concr\u00e8te de de cette d\u00e9cision de Facebook et du d\u00e9crochage \u00e0 partir du d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Trop de publications tue l&rsquo;engagement<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, les pages qui publient moins de 5 contenus par jour sont celles qui connaissent le plus d&rsquo;engagement. Ce dernier indicateur s&rsquo;\u00e9croule au-del\u00e0 de 10 publications.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, 5 publications d\u00e9clenchent en moyenne 2 466 engagements (12 330 au total) alors que pour 10 publications, ce chiffre n&rsquo;atteint que 1 202 (soit 12 020 en cumul\u00e9). Facebook compterait aujourd&rsquo;hui plus de <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/expandedramblings.com\/index.php\/by-the-numbers-17-amazing-facebook-stats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">80 millions de pages d&rsquo;entreprises<\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\">&#8230; ce qui explique aussi l&rsquo;augmentation continue du nombre de publications totales de trimestre en trimestre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sans oublier que les marques rivalisent d&rsquo;ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er du contenu de qualit\u00e9 : vid\u00e9o marketing, meilleur ciblage publicitaire, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=54241\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">marketing d&rsquo;influence<\/a><\/span>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, n&rsquo;oublions pas que Facebook est, elle aussi, une entreprise !
