La cohorte des 22-38 ans serait plus \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9puis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb que les autres g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres, d\u2019abord\u00a0: 28 % des Mill\u00e9niaux affirment \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0souvent\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9puis\u00e9 au travail et une autre tranche de 45 % disent \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0parfois\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9puis\u00e9 au travail, pour un total de 73% de Mill\u00e9niaux ayant la mine basse. Des r\u00e9sultats significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que la cohorte de travailleurs a\u00een\u00e9s, qui affirment \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0souvent\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9puis\u00e9s dans seulement 21 % des cas.<\/p>\n<p>Le sondage utilise le terme \u00ab\u00a0<em>burnout<\/em> \u00bb au sens d\u2019\u00e9puisement ou de fatigue, pas n\u00e9cessairement dans le sens d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9puisement professionnel\u00a0\u00bb diagnostiqu\u00e9. N\u2019emp\u00eache, ces statistiques ont de quoi inqui\u00e9ter.<\/p>\n<p>Elles sont d\u2019ailleurs compatibles avec les donn\u00e9es d\u2019autres sondages, produits les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. En 2014, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recruiter.com\/i\/monster-job-seeker-survey-millennials-experience-most-burnout-at-work\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">sondage<\/span><\/a> r\u00e9v\u00e9lait que 86% des Mill\u00e9niaux \u00e9prouvaient des \u00e9pisodes d\u2019\u00e9puisement (comparativement \u00e0 76 % pour l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs). En 2015, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=28527\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deloitte \u00e9tablissait le pourcentage de Mill\u00e9niaux \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9puis\u00e9s \u00bb \u00e0 84%<\/a><\/span> (contre 77 % pour l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9pondants).<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Un malaise g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Intrigant, tout de m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi les Mill\u00e9niaux aurait-il un taux d\u2019\u00e9puisement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que les autres cohortes de travailleurs? Osons quelques hypoth\u00e8ses : est-ce leur style de vie constamment \u00ab\u00a0connect\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb qui leur cause <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aarp.org\/health\/brain-health\/info-2017\/mental-focus-smartphone-use.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">des probl\u00e8mes de concentration<\/a> <\/span>au travail ? Est-ce leur \u00e9ducation d\u2019enfant-Roi qui rend extr\u00eamement difficile l\u2019adaptation \u00e0 toutes formes d\u2019autorit\u00e9 et d\u2019encadrement patronal? Est-ce <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbesagencycouncil\/2018\/03\/30\/all-you-need-to-know-to-motivate-millennials\/#7590063d60ae\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">leur id\u00e9alisme<\/a><\/span> (vouloir sauver le monde) qui se bute \u00e0 un monde corporatif froid, qui carbure encore et toujours \u00e0 l\u2019argent ?<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui semble s\u00fbr, c\u2019est la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un malaise g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n<p>Gallup, pour sa part, renvoie la balle dans le camp des employeurs, y voyant une \u00ab <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=19585\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crise dans la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer les employ\u00e9s<\/a> <\/span>\u00bb. Car les taux alarmants de stress et d\u2019\u00e9puisement relev\u00e9s sondage apr\u00e8s sondage ont des cons\u00e9quences r\u00e9elles dans les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une \u00e9tude pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, Gallup a d\u00e9couvert que les travailleurs souffrant d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel avaient 63% plus de chance de prendre des cong\u00e9s de maladie, 23 % plus de chance de visiter l\u2019urgence et 2,6 fois plus de chance de changer d\u2019emploi. Ces donn\u00e9es devraient suffirent \u00e0 convaincre toute organisation de prendre le probl\u00e8me au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Des pistes de solution, c\u00f4t\u00e9 gestion<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La firme Gallup s\u2019est pench\u00e9e sur les pratiques les plus susceptibles de corriger le tir dans ce dossier.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=57306\">une plus grande \u00e9coute de la part des gestionnaires<\/a><\/span> serait un bon point de d\u00e9part.
