Mais les retenir, c\u2019est moins s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Comme candidat, on s\u2019attend \u00e0 un minimum de structure au niveau de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u2026 Je pense entre autres aux avantages sociaux, qui peuvent repr\u00e9senter un attrait pour amener des gens dans une organisation. Mais une fois que la personne est en place, l\u2019important, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle ait <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=59760\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre pay\u00e9e selon ses comp\u00e9tences<\/a><\/span> et qu\u2019il y ait un sentiment de justice.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00c0 ce titre, le strat\u00e8ge d\u00e9conseille vivement d\u2019attribuer une promotion ou de nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s \u00e0 un employ\u00e9 sans lui accorder une augmentation de salaire cons\u00e9quente. On se retrouverait alors dans un cas d\u2019injustice flagrante.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, le pouvoir de l\u2019argent a ses limites. Diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 par le pass\u00e9 (entre autres <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2017\/11\/20\/how-much-money-you-need-to-be-happy-according-to-wealth-experts.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a><\/span> et <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/content.time.com\/time\/magazine\/article\/0,9171,2019628,00.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a><\/span>) que le salaire n\u2019est plus corr\u00e9l\u00e9 au bien-\u00eatre ou au bonheur d\u2019un employ\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un certain seuil.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00c0 un certain moment, les entreprises doivent se demander si elles n\u2019ont pas atteint la limite de productivit\u00e9 du dollar additionnelle\u2026 Et \u00e0 partir de ce moment, elles doivent se demander\u00a0: qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019on peut offrir d\u2019autres?\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>R\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 sa proposition de valeur<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le strat\u00e8ge invite les organisations \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0proposition de valeur\u00a0\u00bb qu\u2019elles veulent mettre en place.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Quand on parle d\u2019engagement, poursuit Daniel Imbeault, il y a des choses plus fondamentales que le salaire ou les augmentations salariales.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=55685\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">On doit donner un but \u00e0 l\u2019employ\u00e9<\/a><\/span>, on doit lui faire sentir qu\u2019il participe \u00e0 la croissance de l\u2019entreprise. Et aussi, on doit lui offrir un horizon dans lequel il se voit \u00e9voluer \u00e0 long terme. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cette proposition de valeur doit ensuite se traduire dans les programmes et les avantages sociaux que l\u2019on accorde aux employ\u00e9s. Les employ\u00e9s ont-ils acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de la formation continue, \u00e0 des politiques de conciliation travail-famille? Etc. De plus, la proposition de valeur doit pouvoir s\u2019adapter aux besoins des diff\u00e9rentes populations que l\u2019on embauche.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les organisations les plus sophistiqu\u00e9es segmentent leur population de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en \u00ab\u00a0personna\u00a0\u00bb, en utilisant les m\u00eames outils qu\u2019en marketing.\u00a0Il faut adapter son offre, mais aussi son discours. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e n\u2019est pas tant d\u2019avoir une proposition de valeurs taill\u00e9e pour chaque g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de travailleurs (Mill\u00e9niaux, X, baby-boomers), mais plut\u00f4t d\u2019avoir une proposition qui tient compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Est-ce que mes employ\u00e9s travaillent en ville ou en banlieue?
