Une multitude d\u2019autres d\u00e9fis sont toutefois \u00e0 prendre en compte lorsqu\u2019on veut mener \u00e0 bien un projet visant \u00e0 tirer profit de ses donn\u00e9es. C\u2019est du moins un constat qui est ressorti \u00e0 plusieurs reprises lors de la 5<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0\u00e9dition de <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?event=donnees-et-intelligence-marketing-conference-les-affaires\">l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement Les Affaires\u00a0<em>Donn\u00e9es et intelligence marketing<\/em><\/a><\/span>, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le 2 octobre dernier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est dans l\u2019une des charmantes salles de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Omni Mont-Royal qu\u2019\u00e9taient r\u00e9unis quelques centaines de participants et une dizaine de conf\u00e9renciers afin d\u2019\u00e9changer sur leurs pratiques respectives. Celles-ci ont d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e9volu\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es et \u00e0 \u00e9couter les conf\u00e9renciers, on sent qu\u2019on gagne peu \u00e0 peu en maturit\u00e9 en termes de gestion et d\u2019utilisation de la donn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Plus que jamais, on semble r\u00e9aliser qu\u2019au-del\u00e0 de la technologie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019entreposage, au traitement et \u00e0 la diffusion de la donn\u00e9e, il y a une multitude d\u2019autres enjeux \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-57998 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Donne\u0301es-intelligence-Les-Affaires-300x170.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"438\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Donne\u0301es-intelligence-Les-Affaires-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Donne\u0301es-intelligence-Les-Affaires-768x435.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Donne\u0301es-intelligence-Les-Affaires.png 785w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 438px) 100vw, 438px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\"><strong>G\u00e9rer le changement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il faut d\u2019abord g\u00e9rer la gestion du changement, comme l\u2019a rappel\u00e9 notamment Philippe Bienvenue, Directeur marketing num\u00e9rique pour les restaurants La Cage. Celui-ci vient de piloter la <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=58870\">mise en place d\u2019un nouveau programme de reconnaissance pour les clients de la cha\u00eene<\/a>.<\/span> Pour ce faire, il a notamment d\u00fb trouver la bonne fa\u00e7on de mobiliser et d\u2019informer le personnel en restaurant sur la fa\u00e7on dont fonctionne le programme, sachant que celui-ci aurait un impact sur leur fa\u00e7on de travailler et leurs interactions avec la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques conf\u00e9renciers, dont\u00a0 Natty Dussault, conseill\u00e8re marketing pour le Fonds de solidarit\u00e9 FTQ, ont aussi rappel\u00e9 l\u2019importance de recruter les bonnes personnes pour mener \u00e0 bien ses projets. Autant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du marketing que des technologies de l\u2019information, cette main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e se fait souvent rare.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\"><strong>Avez-vous des r\u00e8gles de gouvernance claires ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Elise Lacoste de la firme Deloitte est revenue sur quelques scandales r\u00e9cents, notamment chez Facebook, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=59134\">o\u00f9 des donn\u00e9es personnelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9es<\/a><\/span>.
