Faire ressortir vos comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables<\/span><\/b><\/span><span lang=\"FR-CA\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CA\">La passion ne saurait toutefois suffire.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span lang=\"FR-CA\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00c9videmment, on doit convaincre le futur employeur que l\u2019on est capable de faire le travail! On y parvient en mentionnant les formations que l\u2019on a suivies et en faisant des liens entre nos exp\u00e9riences personnelles et le nouveau domaine. Mais on peut aussi mettre en \u00e9vidence les comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables de notre ancien m\u00e9tier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CA\">Il s\u2019agit alors d\u2019identifier les comp\u00e9tences communes aux deux domaines d\u2019emploi. Lamia Lamoudi prend en exemple un conseiller financier qui voudrait devenir cuisinier\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span lang=\"FR-CA\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">C\u2019est a priori deux m\u00e9tiers tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. Pourtant, le conseiller financier peut mettre de l\u2019avant ses comp\u00e9tences en gestion et en production pour d\u00e9montrer qu\u2019il saura g\u00e9rer une \u00e9quipe de travail, et n\u00e9gocier avec les fournisseurs de produit. La personne doit trouver des liens entre les emplois pass\u00e9s et celui que l\u2019on vise. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><b><span lang=\"FR-CA\">3. D\u00e9montrer sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre vite<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CA\">Quand on quitte un m\u00e9tier pour un autre, la courbe d\u2019apprentissage est parfois abrupte. On doit donc d\u00e9montrer que l\u2019on a la capacit\u00e9 de s\u2019adapter et d\u2019apprendre vite.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span lang=\"FR-CA\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">L\u2019id\u00e9e, c\u2019est d\u2019aller chercher dans son parcours personnel ou professionnel des exemples o\u00f9 on a su s\u2019adapter.
