Apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es de mise en pratique, la firme qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise de techno RH garde toujours le cap, mais avec quelques ajustements. Entrevue avec Samantha Denzler, CRHA et responsable de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9 chez Gsoft.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Tout d\u2019abord, nous n\u2019appelons plus cela des vacances illimit\u00e9es, mais plut\u00f4t une absence de politique de vacances, pr\u00e9cise la conseill\u00e8re. Les employ\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas de banque de vacances, mais ils doivent quand m\u00eame obtenir l\u2019approbation de leur \u00e9quipe et de leur gestionnaire avant de partir en vacances. On demande de ne pas impacter les projets, autant que possible. Il y a donc certaines r\u00e8gles, mais, ultimement, on veut faire en sorte que la d\u00e9cision soit prise avant tout au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans la pratique, Samantha Denzler observe que les employ\u00e9s prennent de 4 \u00e0 5 semaines de vacances. L\u2019approche de Gsoft ne semble donc pas d\u00e9courager les gens de prendre des vacances, comme certains le craignent parfois.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Tout le monde a besoin de vacances, insiste la conseill\u00e8re. C\u2019est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique autant pour l\u2019entreprise que pour les employ\u00e9s. Les gens reviennent \u00e9nergis\u00e9s, avec de nouvelles initiatives. On encourage les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre toutes leurs vacances, et ce, d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. Il en va de m\u00eame pour l\u2019horaire de travail quotidien.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les employ\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas de feuille de temps, mais on leur demande de rapporter leur absence dans un logiciel, quand ils doivent s\u2019absenter pour maladie ou autres raisons.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La mise en place de cette \u00ab\u00a0absence de politique de vacances\u00a0\u00bb a demand\u00e9 quelques ajustements en court de route, admet Samantha Denzler.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Nous nous sommes rendu compte que les gens qui \u00e9taient en cong\u00e9 maladie ne prenaient pas toujours le temps de nous en informer. Et c\u2019est important, car nous avons un programme d\u2019assurance invalidit\u00e9 \u00e0 courte dur\u00e9e.\u00a0Il a fallu clarifier ce point avec eux. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer les d\u00e9parts ouvre aussi une zone grise, par rapport au pourcentage de paye de vacances \u00e0 verser.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Si la personne a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris 5 semaines de vacances, est-ce que l\u2019on verse quand m\u00eame le 4 % ? Nous nous sommes pos\u00e9s la question, mais nous n\u2019avons pas tranch\u00e9 pour le moment. Nous payons le 4 %, selon l\u2019ann\u00e9e de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Casser le moule RH<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019approche de Gsoft, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=59760\">\u00e9galement organisateur du Culture Fest<\/a>,<\/span> \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des vacances est une des nombreuses initiatives internes de l\u2019entreprise pour repenser la pratique RH. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, la fameuse p\u00e9riode de probation qui existe dans la plupart des entreprises a \u00e9t\u00e9 abolie :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Chez GSoft, on se base sur le principe de confiance par d\u00e9faut (ou implicite).
