D\u2019ailleurs, une <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=54498\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tude r\u00e9cente<\/a><\/span> nous apprenait que c\u2019est toujours le type de contenu privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des journalistes (dans 53% des cas), loin devant les contenus provenant d&rsquo;un site Web d\u2019entreprise (16%), de son blogue (2%), de ses m\u00e9dias sociaux (4%) ou de son porte-parole (25%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, un raz de mar\u00e9e de communiqu\u00e9s de presse mal cibl\u00e9s, ou sans valeur ajout\u00e9e, continue de remplir chaque jour les bo\u00eetes courriel des journalistes. Nous nous sommes entretenus avec Kim Gradek (en photo ci-dessus), vice-pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/zonefranche.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">agence Zone franche<\/span><\/a>, afin de revoir les bases du communiqu\u00e9 de presse \u00ab\u00a0traditionnel\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, ce n\u2019est pas tous les \u00e9v\u00e9nements corporatifs qui sont d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat public et qui justifient l\u2019envoi massif d&rsquo;un communiqu\u00e9 de presse. \u00c0 moins d\u2019avoir d\u00e9bauch\u00e9 une vedette d\u2019un secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s, il y a de bonnes chances que l\u2019annonce d\u2019un nouvel employ\u00e9 dans votre \u00e9quipe tombe \u00e0 plat. Tout comme la mention d\u2019un anniversaire\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Qu\u2019une entreprise ait 10, 20 ou 30 ans n\u2019a aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat en soi, \u00e0 moins de profiter de l\u2019occasion pour annoncer une nouvelle\u2026 qui en est vraiment une!\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019exclame Kim Gradek.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ensuite, on doit garder en t\u00eate <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=60058\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">la mission m\u00e9diatique<\/span><\/a>. Car, d\u2019ordinaire, les m\u00e9dias poursuivent un de ces deux objectifs (ou les deux)\u00a0: informer, divertir. Donc, avant d\u2019envoyer un communiqu\u00e9 de presse, les entreprises doivent se demander si le contenu envoy\u00e9 cadre avec l\u2019une de ces deux missions.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"fr-CA\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">La premi\u00e8re question que les m\u00e9dias se poseront est : est-ce que cela int\u00e9resse mes lecteurs ou auditeurs\u00a0?\u00a0Et si oui, pourquoi?\u00a0Si on n\u2019est pas capable de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, on ne devrait simplement pas diffuser de communiqu\u00e9\u00a0<\/span>\u00bb, tranche la relationniste.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalement, comprendre le processus de r\u00e9daction journalistique donne une longueur d&rsquo;avance \u00e0 ceux et celles qui ont la t\u00e2che de composer des communiqu\u00e9s de presse :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Il faut se rappeler qu\u2019un communiqu\u00e9 est un outil de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence qui sera utilis\u00e9 par les journalistes pour annoncer une nouvelle. On doit y retrouver la r\u00e9ponse aux cinq questions traditionnelles de la r\u00e9daction journalistique : les \u00ab 5 W \u00bb (who, what, where, when, why) \u00bb, explique Kim Gradek.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Voici 4 erreurs courantes observ\u00e9es par\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Kim Gradek:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1. Le manque de donn\u00e9es factuelles&#8230; \u00ab\u00a0alors que c\u2019est ce qui permet de donner de la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 \u00e0 la nouvelle.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>2. Des citations qui ne veulent rien dire, ou du type \u00ab\u00a0\u00catre heureux d\u2019\u00eatre content\u00a0\u00bb, beaucoup trop souvent utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>3. Le manque d\u2019information sur le contexte et les effets que la nouvelle peut avoir.<\/p>\n<p>4. Transformer un communiqu\u00e9 en outil de promotion. Un communiqu\u00e9 est un outil d\u2019information et non un outil publicitaire. \u00ab\u00a0Ce genre de d\u00e9rive est tr\u00e8s irritant pour les journalistes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Voici 3 strat\u00e9gies gagnantes:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1. Miser sur la nouveaut\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Ce qui est diff\u00e9rent ou innovant attire g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019attention.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>2. Diffuser une information \u00ab disruptive \u00bb, qui va \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019un consensus. \u00ab\u00a0Cette approche est tr\u00e8s accrocheuse, \u00e0 condition \u00e9videmment d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9toff\u00e9e ou bien document\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>3. Adapter le communiqu\u00e9 au public et \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion vis\u00e9s. \u00ab\u00a0La proximit\u00e9 entre la nouvelle et le lecteur est en effet primordiale.
