Compte-rendu des \u00e9changes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">D\u00e9j\u00e0, les conf\u00e9renciers pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement se sont entendus pour pointer la divergence entre la th\u00e9orie et la pratique en mati\u00e8re de formation. En effet, sur le principe,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">les employeurs valorisent grandement l\u2019apprentissage.\u00a0Ils sont 50% \u00e0 affirmer, selon un sondage, que la formation constitue une priorit\u00e9 absolue en affaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cependant, en pratique, la formation est couramment per\u00e7ue comme un luxe.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Philippe Zinser, <em>Happy-culteur<\/em> RH chez Patrimoine RH, illustre cette contradiction avec les \u00e9changes qu&rsquo;il a avec des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise. Ces derniers\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">l\u2019approchent souvent pour trouver la meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 dans leurs organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mais lorsqu&rsquo;il leur propose des activit\u00e9s de formation pour leurs employ\u00e9s, la majorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux r\u00e9pond spontan\u00e9ment\u00a0: \u00ab On n\u2019a pas les moyens ou de temps pour nous permettra \u00e7a !\u00bb. Comment combler ce foss\u00e9 entre la th\u00e9orie et la pratique ? <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><b>Un investissement rentable<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Selon les experts du sujet, il faut arr\u00eater de voir les formations comme une d\u00e9pense et commencer \u00e0 les percevoir comme un investissement, non seulement n\u00e9cessaire, mais \u00e9galement&#8230; rentable ! D&rsquo;autant que le monde des affaires est en grande \u00e9volution ces derniers temps avec l&rsquo;apparition notamment de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Comme le soulignait Fran\u00e7ois Ronai, strat\u00e8ge en solutions d\u2019apprentissage et pr\u00e9sident de Solutions Komuna, les math\u00e9maticiens et les actuaires sont bien avanc\u00e9s dans le d\u00e9veloppement des algorithmes, mais la gestion des changements n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 encore mise en place dans les entreprises. Voici 3 pistes \u00e9voqu\u00e9es lors de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement :<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\"><b>1. L&rsquo;implication des employeurs<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Parmi plusieurs solutions possibles, les conf\u00e9renciers ont mis beaucoup d\u2019emphase sur l\u2019implication de la haute direction dans le volet formation. En plus d\u2019autoriser les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre les formations, les hauts dirigeants peuvent eux-m\u00eames participer aux formations et, pourquoi pas, offrir eux-m\u00eames quelques cours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Il est \u00e9galement primordial de donner le droit \u00e0 l\u2019erreur et d\u2019accorder le temps aux employ\u00e9s pour qu\u2019ils testent leurs nouvelles connaissances.
