C\u2019est une ville qui grouille d\u2019activit\u00e9s, d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nements et, surtout, o\u00f9 on retrouve une communaut\u00e9 tiss\u00e9e serr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le mandat de Turbulences ? Mettre en place une\u00a0strat\u00e9gie de marketing territorial\u00a0capable d\u2019illustrer avec force toute l\u2019effervescence et le dynamisme de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ville.levis.qc.ca\/accueil\/\">ville de L\u00e9vis<\/a>. Le d\u00e9fi? Rejoindre quatre cibles ayant des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et des besoins bien diff\u00e9rents tout en restant parfaitement coh\u00e9rents d\u2019une plateforme \u00e0 l\u2019autre,\u00a0 avec un plan de d\u00e9ploiement s\u2019\u00e9chelonnant sur un horizon de cinq ans.\u00a0Ce projet s&rsquo;est donc fait en \u00e9troite collaboration avec\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mallette.ca\/\">Mallette.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/2qktLnlnH5g\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Durant tout le processus d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage du plan quinquennal, l\u2019expertise de Mallette a permis de prendre le pouls de chacune des parties prenantes, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les investisseurs, les entrepreneurs, les organisateurs d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nements, mais aussi les travailleurs et les jeunes familles, afin de donner une\u00a0personnalit\u00e9 de marque\u00a0\u00e0 la ville. Personnalit\u00e9 qui se d\u00e9finit comme \u00e9tant\u00a0ambitieuse,\u00a0accessible,\u00a0dynamique,\u00a0empathique,\u00a0accueillante,\u00a0authentique\u00a0et\u00a0heureuse.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy alignnone wp-image-7848 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/turbulences.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IM-VLEVIS-logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"361\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0slogan\u00a0cr\u00e9\u00e9 positionne L\u00e9vis comme un leader. La\u00a0signature, elle, invite les gens \u00e0 suivre, \u00e0 vivre le mouvement engendr\u00e9 par la Ville de L\u00e9vis et \u00e0 y prendre part.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments strat\u00e9giques qui y sont soulign\u00e9s sont\u00a0: la pr\u00e9sence du fleuve et de ses affluents, la vitalit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et \u00ab la qualit\u00e9 de vie \u00bb qu\u2019on retrouve dans la ville de L\u00e9vis.<\/p>\n<p>Plus concr\u00e8tement, vous remarquerez que les\u00a0messages cl\u00e9s\u00a0ont comme mission d\u2019interpeler avec une plus grande pr\u00e9cision chacune des client\u00e8les, selon le cr\u00e9neau.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy alignnone wp-image-7846 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/turbulences.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IM-VLEVIS-affiches_crenaux.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"548\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0strat\u00e9gie de marketing territorial\u00a0\u00e9labor\u00e9e s\u2019articule autour de trois grandes phases ayant des objectifs bien distincts. La premi\u00e8re vise l\u2019activation de la marque; la deuxi\u00e8me, la\u00a0mise en \u0153uvre de la marque;\u00a0et la troisi\u00e8me, la\u00a0consolidation de la marque\u00a0qui inclut des tactiques de\u00a0mesure de r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy alignnone size-full wp-image-7859\" src=\"http:\/\/turbulences.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IM-VLEVIS-brochure-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"design graphique, logos, signature, turbulences, ville de l\u00e9vis\" width=\"1440\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Turbulences a pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 des\u00a0outils de communication\u00a0ayant une port\u00e9e transversale et non un effet unique sur un cr\u00e9neau pr\u00e9cis. Pourquoi? Simplement parce que cela favorise un plus grand rayonnement aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un auditoire plus large, c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce que l\u2019on souhaite dans le cas de la Ville de L\u00e9vis.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pr\u00e8s de 800 personnes qui ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la soir\u00e9e de\u00a0d\u00e9voilement de la strat\u00e9gie de marketing territorial, qui s\u2019est tenue au Centre de congr\u00e8s et d\u2019expositions de L\u00e9vis le 21 novembre dernier.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 lire \u00e9galement\u00a0: le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de cette soir\u00e9e,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/turbulences.ca\/2018\/12\/turbulences-a-embarque-courant-levis\/\">Turbulences a embarqu\u00e9 dans le courant L\u00e9vis<\/a><u>.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Et les tactiques pour informer le grand public? Une mise \u00e0 jour des outils de communication de la Ville en y int\u00e9grant l\u2019image Vivez le courant L\u00e9vis. Un habillage du territoire avec une\u00a0<strong>signature (logo)<\/strong>\u00a0aux couleurs de la nouvelle marque.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy alignnone size-full wp-image-7849\" src=\"http:\/\/turbulences.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IM-VLEVIS-panneau.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rentes\u00a0tactiques de communication\u00a0seront d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es, durant les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es, en passant par\u00a0une plateforme num\u00e9rique, les\u00a0m\u00e9dias sociaux, de\u00a0l\u2019affichage urbain, du\u00a0marketing relationnel, des\u00a0offensives \u00e9v\u00e8nementielles. Mais surtout, des\u00a0outils de communication\u00a0seront mis \u00e0 la disposition des entreprises, des promoteurs immobiliers, des investisseurs, des entrepreneurs, des gens d\u2019affaires et des professionnels qui participent au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, et ce, afin de faciliter leur travail et, par cons\u00e9quent, d\u2019augmenter le rayonnement de la Ville de
