Voici notre bilan RH 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>1. Une p\u00e9nurie qui atteint des sommets<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Je ne serai pas original en disant cela &#8211; car on en parle depuis une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es &#8211; mais la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre atteint d\u00e9sormais des taux records, dit Didier Dubois, strat\u00e8ge en marketing RH chez\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hrmgroupe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HRM Groupe<\/a><\/span>. Avant, elle \u00e9tait circonscrite aux secteurs des TI et de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie. Depuis un an, on sent que \u00e7a s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 tous les types d\u2019emploi. J\u2019entends des entrepreneurs me dire qu\u2019ils doivent ralentir la production, faute de personnel!\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cons\u00e9quence\u00a0: les employeurs sont plus que jamais \u00e0 l\u2019affut des nouvelles tendances en termes de recrutement. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, Didier Dubois remarque qu\u2019ils ont massivement investi Instagram, afin de <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=58005\">promouvoir leur marque employeur<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le strat\u00e8ge note aussi un int\u00e9r\u00eat marqu\u00e9 pour <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=47918\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le recrutement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger\u00a0<\/a><\/span>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Il y a deux approches. Des Mill\u00e9niaux fatigu\u00e9s<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9sengagement des travailleurs est un fl\u00e9au qui a cours plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0. D\u00e9sormais, nous sommes en train d\u2019en observer les cons\u00e9quences nocives\u00a0: l\u2019accumulation de stress, la fatigue et la d\u00e9pression, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=58201\">tout particuli\u00e8rement chez les Mill\u00e9niaux<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas une surprise d\u2019apprendre que, selon la<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.morneaushepell.com\/ca-fr\/Publications\/tendances-en-ressources-humaines-pour-2018\">grande enqu\u00eate annuelle<\/a> <\/span>de Morneau Shepell, \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 mentale des employ\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb constitue une priorit\u00e9 pour 48% des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise, de m\u00eame que \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 physique et du bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb est importante pour 47 % d\u2019entre eux.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Je crois que nous en verrons les fruits en 2019, avance Didier Dubois. Il y a un courant visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des environnements de travail plus zen, avec l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de jardin sur le toit, dans certaines entreprises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>3. Le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion, une lubie fran\u00e7aise<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En janvier 2017, la France a adopt\u00e9 une Loi sur \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/internet\/telephonie\/le-droit-a-la-deconnexion-des-salaries-francais-une-premiere-mondiale_1999609.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion<\/span>\u00a0<\/a>\u00bb, qui a par la suite initi\u00e9 un d\u00e9bat de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9-ci de l\u2019Atlantique. La ville de New York <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/alankohll\/2018\/05\/02\/is-nyc-leading-the-way-for-employee-wellness-with-its-proposed-right-to-disconnect-law\/#2e5149ff581e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00e9tudie un projet de Loi<\/span><\/a>\u00a0sur le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion, d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par le conseiller Rafael Espinal.<\/p>\n<p>Au Qu\u00e9bec, Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois a fait valoir que nous avions le droit de \u00ab tirer la plogue\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00bb<\/span>, pendant que son parti d\u00e9posait un projet de Loi de m\u00eame nature \u00e0 l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e nationale. Le sujet a par la suite fait l\u2019objet de quelques chroniques, mais il n\u2019y a pas eu de suite concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Je crois que, en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, nous sommes tr\u00e8s loin de cela, dit Didier Dubois. Les Fran\u00e7ais ont une mentalit\u00e9 de protection de leur vie priv\u00e9e tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de la n\u00f4tre. Ils acceptent mal de travailler en dehors des heures de bureau. Ici, c\u2019est devenir monnaie courante de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des courriels \u00e0 toutes heures du jour, et m\u00eame tr\u00e8s tard en soir\u00e9e!\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le d\u00e9bat a donc eu cours tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018, mais il semble que le verdict\u00a0soit tomb\u00e9 : non merci\u2026 peut-\u00eatre pour une prochaine fois ?<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>4. La l\u00e9galisation du <em>pot<\/em>\u00a0: un p\u00e9tard mouill\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>On a fait grand cas de la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis, une Loi en vigueur depuis octobre. La catastrophe annonc\u00e9e ne semble pas se produire pour le moment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le principal impact que l\u2019on observe pour le moment est que les employeurs sont plus sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, qui existait avant l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la Loi. <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=59696\">Ils sont mieux outill\u00e9s pour aider des employ\u00e9s<\/a><\/span> qui ont des probl\u00e8mes de consommation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans les faits, c\u2019est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesaffaires.com\/blogues\/olivier-schmouker\/quelles-seront-les-priorites-rh-en-2019\/604302\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">la moiti\u00e9 des dirigeants RH<\/span><\/a> qui pr\u00e9voient d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rer leur politique relative \u00e0 l\u2019usage d\u2019alcool et de drogues, pour tenir compte de la nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 l\u00e9gislative.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>5. Quelles le\u00e7ons tirer du mouvement #moiaussi ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si 2017 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e des grandes d\u00e9nonciations #moiaussi, 2018 est celle des gestes concrets, pris aussi bien dans la sph\u00e8re politique qu\u2019au sein des entreprises\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les entreprises ont pris conscience que le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne affectait tous les milieux de travail. Elles ont ainsi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une plus grande sensibilit\u00e9 et sont plus vigilantes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La r\u00e9forme du Code du travail, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lapresse.ca\/affaires\/economie\/quebec\/201803\/20\/01-5158046-normes-du-travail-quebec-devoile-sa-reforme-attendue.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9voil\u00e9e en mars 2018<\/a><\/span>, n\u2019est pas sans doute pas \u00e9trang\u00e8re \u00e0 cette nouvelle sensibilit\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le nouveau Code du travail oblige les entreprises \u00e0 se doter d&rsquo;une politique formelle de pr\u00e9vention et de traitement des plaintes, en plus de faire passer le d\u00e9lai pour d\u00e9poser une plainte pour harc\u00e8lement psychologique de 90 jours \u00e0 deux ans\u00a0\u00bb, explique Didier Dubois.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 20px;\">Pour approfondir ces sujets :<\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\" content_cards_card content_cards_domain_isarta-com\">\n<div class=\"content_cards_image\">\n            <a class=\"content_cards_image_link\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=58005\" target=\"_blank\"><img src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Culture.png\" alt=\"Par o\u00c3\u00b9 commencer la construction de votre marque employeur ?
