Et comme une majorit\u00e9 de recruteurs ne s\u2019en offusquent pas, eh bien\u2026 vous seriez fou de vous en priver!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019information est tir\u00e9e du <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jobvite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/2018-Recruiter-Nation-Study.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport annuel 2018 de Jobvite sur l\u2019emploi<\/a><\/span>. On y apprend que dans les douze moins pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents l\u2019enqu\u00eate, 75% des recruteurs ont remarqu\u00e9 une hausse des demandes de n\u00e9gociation de <a href=\"https:\/\/emplois.isarta.com\/cgi-bin\/emplois\/salaires\">salaire<\/a> au moment de l\u2019embauche, dont 23 % rapportant une hausse \u00ab\u00a0significative\u00a0\u00bb des demandes.<\/p>\n<p>Les recruteurs ciblent deux groupes particuli\u00e8rement insistants\u00a0: les Mill\u00e9niaux et les femmes, qui n\u00e9gocient dans 59 % des cas. C\u2019est une bonne nouvelle, si telle est vraie que les femmes <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/press.princeton.edu\/titles\/7575.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">n\u2019osent habituellement pas n\u00e9gocier leur salaire<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, tout porte \u00e0 croire que les travailleurs ont compris <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=58878\">qu\u2019ils tenaient d\u00e9sormais le gros bout du b\u00e2ton<\/a><\/span> dans une \u00e9conomie en perp\u00e9tuelle p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Quand ils savent que l\u2019entreprise est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 les embaucher, ils ne sont plus effray\u00e9s de demander plus de bonus et d\u2019avantages sociaux\u00a0\u00bb, a<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.businessnewsdaily.com\/11210-salary-negotiations-impact-recruiters.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> ici<\/a><\/span> pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Rachel Bitte, Chef de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9 chez Jobvite.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ils ont \u00e9galement tous les outils en main pour conna\u00eetre leur valeur sur le march\u00e9, que ce soit en consultant des sites comme\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><u><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.glassdoor.com\/Salaries\/know-your-worth.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Glassdoor<\/a><\/u><\/span>,\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.payscale.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">PayScale<\/span><\/a><\/u>,\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salary.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Salary.com<\/span><\/a><\/u>, ou m\u00eame les sites gouvernementaux canadiens et qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois qui compilent eux-m\u00eames les salaires par corps de m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>La perception des recruteurs<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Revenons <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=60633\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">au point de vue des recruteurs<\/a><\/span>, par rapport \u00e0 ces n\u00e9gociations salariales pr\u00e9alables \u00e0 l\u2019embauche\u00a0: 43% s\u2019y montrent indiff\u00e9rent, 19 % voient ces demandes d\u2019un bon \u0153il et 10 % ont \u00e9t\u00e9 refroidi\u2026 au point de retirer leur offre d\u2019emploi!<\/p>\n<p>Quelle conclusion en tirer ? On ne peut plaire \u00e0 tous, visiblement ! Le recruteur qui voit d\u2019un bon \u0153il une demande de hausse salariale a probablement l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre tomb\u00e9 sur un candidat de qualit\u00e9, bien au fait de sa valeur. Le recruteur qui retire son offre se sent sans doute vex\u00e9 par un candidat qu\u2019il per\u00e7oit comme ingrat.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">N\u00e9gocier est incroyablement important, croit pour sa part Rachel Bitte. C\u2019est une mani\u00e8re de montrer qu\u2019on se tient debout. Vous devez mettre de l\u2019avant vos comp\u00e9tences pour en demander plus et, ultimement, le message que vous envoyez, c\u2019est que vous m\u00e9ritez cette hausse.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Si vous acceptez la premi\u00e8re offre, ajoute-t-elle, vous pourriez laisser de l\u2019argent sur la table et faillir \u00e0 maximiser vos gains potentiels sur le long terme!\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Rachel Bitte n\u2019a pas tort.
