Son directeur marketing,\u00a0Philippe Bienvenue, nous raconte les dessous de sa mise en oeuvre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;assurer le succ\u00e8s d&rsquo;un programme de fid\u00e9lisation, plusieurs facteurs doivent \u00eatre pris en consid\u00e9ration. Ce dernier peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des avantages du programme par le biais d&rsquo;une carte physique ou num\u00e9rique, disponible via l&rsquo;application mobile Club Cage. Cette carte doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au personnel sur place apr\u00e8s chaque visite dans un des restaurants de La Cage. Par exemple, apr\u00e8s 3 visites avec achat d&rsquo;une entr\u00e9e, La Cage en offre une au client.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>De nombreux d\u00e9fis d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la conception du programme, Philippe Bienvenue et son \u00e9quipe se sont assur\u00e9s de consid\u00e9rer les besoins du personnel.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le personnel de plancher ne peut se permettre de perdre de temps, notamment lorsque l&rsquo;achalandage est \u00e9lev\u00e9, souligne M. Bienvenue. Par cons\u00e9quent, pas question que ces derniers empruntent le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone intelligent du client pour se diriger \u00e0 leur caisse, scanner la carte num\u00e9rique via l&rsquo;application et retourner ensuite l&rsquo;appareil au client\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ce processus est en effet trop long (sans compter que bien souvent l&rsquo;appareil se verrouille avant m\u00eame que l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration puisse \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e), en plus de d\u00e9plaire aux clients peu enclins \u00e0 confier leur pr\u00e9cieux appareil \u00e0 un inconnu. Malgr\u00e9 les co\u00fbts que cela implique, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu d&rsquo;\u00e9quiper chaque restaurant de tablettes mobiles munies d&rsquo;un scanner afin de faciliter le processus.<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long du d\u00e9veloppement du programme, il fallait aussi s&rsquo;assurer de tenir inform\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois la direction ainsi que les 2 000 employ\u00e9s de la cha\u00eene. Pour ce faire, Facebook Live a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour diffuser des capsules d&rsquo;information. Plus tard dans le projet, des \u00e9quipes se sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9plac\u00e9es en restaurant afin d&rsquo;offrir de la formation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Des ambassadeurs du programme<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s de plancher de La Cage sont aussi des ambassadeurs du nouveau programme de fid\u00e9lisation. En plus d&rsquo;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 parmi les premiers \u00e0 tester l&rsquo;application, diverses r\u00e9compenses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9es aux restaurants o\u00f9 le plus de clients se sont procur\u00e9s une carte de membre.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, Club Cage compte plus de 90 000 membres. Le travail est toutefois loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre termin\u00e9. Philippe Bienvenue planifie d\u00e9j\u00e0 une autre tourn\u00e9e de formation. Le taux de roulement est \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans le domaine de la restauration et il faut s&rsquo;assurer de garder tout le monde bien inform\u00e9 et mobilis\u00e9 par rapport au programme.
