Un march\u00e9 domin\u00e9 outrageusement par des g\u00e9ants comme Amazon ou Alibaba.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, son constat est vite nuanc\u00e9. D\u00e9j\u00e0, parmi les plus gros joueurs am\u00e9ricains du commerce en ligne, des magasins traditionnels comme Home D\u00e9p\u00f4t ou Walmart pointent progressivement leur nez. Le plus grand quincailler qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois r\u00e9f\u00e9rence 75 % de produits fabriqu\u00e9s dans la province ou par des fournisseurs ayant leur si\u00e8ge au Qu\u00e9bec. En t\u00e9moigne ses r\u00e9centes progressions dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude Wow de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client (de 123e \u00e0 94e) et la hausse de 17 points de son <em>Net Promoter Score<\/em>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Notre force, ce sont nos marchands. C&rsquo;est un gros avantage comp\u00e9titif \u00e0 l\u2019heure de l\u2019intelligence artificielle\u00a0\u00bb, assure en effet\u00a0Jonathan Gendreau.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour lui, BMR est un commerce de \u00ab\u00a0bedaine \u00e0 bedaine\u00a0\u00bb et qui va le rester. Difficile en effet d&rsquo;acheter une salle de bain par exemple en ligne, sans prendre des mesures, sans toucher les produits, sans se faire conseiller&#8230; D&rsquo;o\u00f9 la mise en valeur des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/Vk4GZcwhtm8\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Voir, c&rsquo;est bien. Mais toucher, c&rsquo;est mieux. 85 % des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois affirment\u00a0vouloir manipuler les produits, lors d&rsquo;un achat pour la maison. Nous avons des gens qui viennent en magasin donc nous ne cherchons pas \u00e0 remplacer ce rapport humain. Mais on peut donner un petit coup de pouce technologique\u00a0\u00bb, glisse-t-il.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\">Un nouveau concept de magasin<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les magasins vont en effet \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9voluer pour s&rsquo;adapter vers un nouveau concept omnicanal.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9j\u00e0, BMR a voulu am\u00e9liorer son capital de marque avec une strat\u00e9gie de contenus. En l&rsquo;occurence, avec des vid\u00e9os DIY de bricolage en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais publi\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/gkMKeWXBL5M\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Par ailleurs, un nouveau mod\u00e8le de magasin vient de voir le jour. Appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0La Shop\u00a0\u00bb, ce concept de quincaillerie urbaine <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bmr.co\/fr\/la-shop-s-installe-a-montreal\">vient de voir le jour \u00e0 Griffintown<\/a><\/span>, en attendant l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;un deuxi\u00e8me magasin \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al prochainement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Destin\u00e9 \u00e0 une client\u00e8le urbaine de\u00a035-45 ans, La Shop propose des services et produits adapt\u00e9s au march\u00e9 urbain et permet notamment de pr\u00e9-commander des articles avant de se rendre en magasin. Sans oublier la pr\u00e9sence de bornes \u00e9lectroniques et de guichets sp\u00e9cifiques pour retirer les articles command\u00e9s en ligne.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">On s&rsquo;oriente de plus en plus vers un concept d&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t infini. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de pouvoir proposer un maximum de produits que les gens puissent toucher ou voir directement en magasin et un large choix pour pouvoir commander en ligne\u00a0\u00bb, indique-t-il.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Avant de conclure : \u00ab\u00a0Au final, nous ne serons jamais Amazon. Mais nos efforts num\u00e9riques doivent devenir le prolongement de notre marque.
