Explications.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Facebook <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/business\/news\/metrics-updates-to-offer-you-more-actionable-business-insights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">vient d\u2019annoncer 3 changements<\/span><\/a> sur sa plateforme publicitaire\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u2019indicateur de pertinence sera dor\u00e9navant d\u00e9clin\u00e9 en trois sous-cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: la qualit\u00e9, l\u2019engagement et le taux de conversion;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019indicateur de port\u00e9e potentielle sera raffin\u00e9 pour mieux refl\u00e9ter le nombre d\u2019utilisateurs r\u00e9els expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des publicit\u00e9s sur la plateforme;<\/li>\n<li>7 fonctionnalit\u00e9s secondaires, peu utilis\u00e9es par les marketeurs, seront supprim\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les indicateurs revus et corrig\u00e9s seront introduits progressivement dans les prochaines semaines, alors que les anciens seront retir\u00e9s de la plateforme \u00e0 partir du 30 avril.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Trois nouvelles cat\u00e9gories de pertinence<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le premier changement concerne l&rsquo;indicateur de pertinence. Cette statistique est d\u00e9livr\u00e9 aux gestionnaires \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 la publicit\u00e9 franchit les 500 impressions. Cet indicateur a pour but de comparer la performance d\u2019une publicit\u00e9 en comparaison avec d\u2019autres publicit\u00e9s <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=58994\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visant le m\u00eame auditoire.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, le score de pertinence \u00e9tait tellement g\u00e9n\u00e9rique qu\u2019il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas beaucoup pris en consid\u00e9ration par les gestionnaires de campagne, explique Boris Ung, directeur en planification strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 l\u2019agence Ressac. Le but de Facebook \u00e9tait donc de rendre cet indicateur plus pratique, en fournissant des donn\u00e9es plus granulaires. Je pense que \u00e7a va plaire aux marketeurs, qui sont toujours \u00e0 la recherche de nouveaux insights sur leur campagne.\u00a0Mais c\u2019est loin de tout r\u00e9gler, par rapport \u00e0 cet indicateur. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-63867\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/score-pertinence-Facebook-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"559\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/score-pertinence-Facebook-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/score-pertinence-Facebook.jpg 619w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 559px) 100vw, 559px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Boris Ung explique que la comparaison de produits visant le m\u00eame auditoire n\u2019est, en elle-m\u00eame, pas toujours pertinente.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Tous les produits n\u2019ont pas le m\u00eame pouvoir d\u2019attraction. Par exemple, une campagne d\u2019assurances a beaucoup moins de chance de susciter l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat qu\u2019une publicit\u00e9 faisant la promotion d\u2019un voyage. \u00c7a ne veut pas dire pour autant que la campagne est un \u00e9chec.\u00a0Il serait int\u00e9ressant de voir Facebook raffiner encore son indicateur en ajoutant un classement par secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #333399; font-size: 24px;\"><strong>Une port\u00e9e potentielle plus pr\u00e8s de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le second changement annonc\u00e9 par Facebook concerne la nouvelle mani\u00e8re de calculer la <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=57921\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab\u00a0port\u00e9e potentielle\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019une publicit\u00e9<\/a><\/span>. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, Facebook basait son calcul sur le nombre total d\u2019utilisateurs actifs sur la plateforme dans les 30 derniers jours. Mais ce chiffre est trompeur, car la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est que plusieurs utilisateurs masquent la publicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les annonceurs ont demand\u00e9 une estimation plus proche des r\u00e9sultats qu\u2019ils voient dans les performances de leurs campagnes, explique Facebook dans son communiqu\u00e9. Par exemple, certaines personnes peuvent avoir utilis\u00e9 Facebook sans voir une annonce si elles se trouvent sur des surfaces sans publicit\u00e9, telles que Dons.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cette annonce \u00e9vitera quelques d\u00e9ceptions, dit Boris Ung.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas rare d\u2019obtenir un port\u00e9e r\u00e9elle beaucoup plus basse que la port\u00e9e potentielle annonc\u00e9e par Facebook. Et chaque fois, c\u2019\u00e9tait un peu d\u00e9cevant de voir que la campagne n\u2019atteignait pas son plein potentiel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>En conclusion<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la plateforme publicitaire de Facebook donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un \u00e9ventail de donn\u00e9es tr\u00e8s satisfaisantes. Les changements annonc\u00e9s ici rel\u00e8vent du <em>fine turning<\/em>, sur des indicateurs qui pr\u00e9sentaient certaines lacunes.\u00a0Je crois que c\u2019est comme cela qu\u2019il faut le voir
