Celle-ci s&rsquo;articule autour de quatre grandes familles d&rsquo;expertise\u00a0: conseil et strat\u00e9gie, cr\u00e9ation d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, technologie et op\u00e9rations et intelligence client.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\"> Mise en place l\u2019an dernier, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client (CX) est une pratique globale impr\u00e9gnant chacun des p\u00f4les d\u2019expertise de Tink. Ayant fait ses preuves aupr\u00e8s de plusieurs clients, l\u2019offre CX a pris de l\u2019\u00e9lan avec la d\u00e9finition d\u2019une d\u00e9marche conseil structur\u00e9e appuy\u00e9e par des experts chevronn\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">D\u2019ailleurs, Tink s\u2019est vu d\u00e9cerner en 2018 un Grand prix Boomerang pour un projet r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en partenariat avec son client le Fonds de solidarit\u00e9 FTQ, reposant largement sur ce savoir-faire. Le cumul des succ\u00e8s ainsi que la demande croissante pour cette expertise ont men\u00e9 la firme \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion interne et \u00e0 un repositionnement qui,\u00a0finalement,\u00a0est tout naturel. <\/span><span class=\"s2\">L\u2019exp\u00e9rience client englobe la somme des interactions et des relations entre la marque et le consommateur.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Elle place le client au c\u0153ur de toutes les actions d\u2019une organisation.
