Ce dernier, VP <em>Head of Experience Strategy<\/em> chez Capital One \u00e0 New York, a partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience sur le design de services. Isarta Infos y \u00e9tait.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comme c&rsquo;est <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=53746\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">souvent le cas au Web \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec<\/a><\/span> lors des conf\u00e9rences principales, c&rsquo;est devant une salle comble que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamin.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Jamin Hegeman<\/span><\/a> a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa conf\u00e9rence intitul\u00e9e <em>So You Want to be a Service Designer<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s nous avoir fait part de son parcours quelque peu atypique (Hegeman a notamment \u00e9tudi\u00e9 en po\u00e9sie \u00e0 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9), le conf\u00e9rencier a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes questions au sujet de son domaine d&rsquo;expertise.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-64462\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Jamin-Hegeman-WAQ-design-3-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Jamin-Hegeman-WAQ-design-3-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Jamin-Hegeman-WAQ-design-3-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Jamin-Hegeman-WAQ-design-3.jpeg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\"><strong>Design de services : comment s&rsquo;y prendre<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour illustrer sa m\u00e9thode de travail en quatre \u00e9tapes (d\u00e9couvrir, d\u00e9finir, concevoir et livrer), Hegeman a pris l&rsquo;exemple d&rsquo;un de ses premiers projets de design de services, pour une clinique de neurochirurgie.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;abord, un travail d&rsquo;observation sur le terrain s&rsquo;impose. Quelle est la configuration de la salle d&rsquo;attente, quelle est la nature des interactions entre les employ\u00e9s, quel langage est utilis\u00e9 pour communiquer avec les patients, comme se d\u00e9roule une intervention? Voil\u00e0 quelques-unes des questions auxquelles il faut alors r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de ces observations, il faut ensuite d\u00e9finir le parcours client en plus de r\u00e9pertorier en d\u00e9tail les processus en place.<\/p>\n<p>Vient ensuite le moment de concevoir les portions d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience que l&rsquo;on souhaite am\u00e9liorer et les mettre en place.
