En voici quelques-unes.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Je sugg\u00e8re toujours aux candidats d\u2019\u00eatre authentiques, mais strat\u00e9giques, dit Elo\u00efc L\u00e9vesque-Dorion, conseiller \u00e0 l\u2019emploi au Club de recherche d&#8217;emploi de Montr\u00e9al Centre-Ville (<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cremcv.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CREMCV<\/a><\/span>). On est l\u00e0 pour se mettre en valeur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, certains sujets gagnent \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9, quand on est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 poser des questions <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/data-storytelling-entrevue-dembauche-reussie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lors d&rsquo;une entrevue<\/a><\/span>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Si on pose des questions sur le salaire, les avantages sociaux ou les horaires de travail, \u00e7a peut donner l\u2019impression que l\u2019on convoite le poste uniquement pour une de ces raisons, alors que \u00e7a n\u2019a pas de lien direct avec le contenu du poste.\u00a0Id\u00e9alement, on veut d\u00e9montrer son int\u00e9r\u00eat envers l\u2019entreprise et envers le poste affich\u00e9. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Des questions trop pr\u00e9cises ou insistantes sur l\u2019horaire et les conditions de travail pourraient aussi donner l\u2019impression que l\u2019on a des contraintes personnelles qui limiteront notre engagement envers l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les questions sur le nombre d\u2019heures et le travail suppl\u00e9mentaire donnent l\u2019impression que vous avez esp\u00e9r\u00e9 en faire le moins possible, dit <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thebalancecareers.com\/questions-not-to-ask-an-employer-during-a-job-interview-2061107\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a><\/span> Alison Doyle, conseill\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019emploi et chroniqueuse pour le site The Balance. C\u2019est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019aborder la question du salaire \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-il.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La raison de l\u2019affichage<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Parfois, certains candidats aimeraient savoir pourquoi le poste est mis en affichage\u00a0: s\u2019agit-il de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un nouveau poste ou est-ce que la personne pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente a quitt\u00e9 d\u2019elle-m\u00eame ou a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 pied?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">C\u2019est d\u00e9licat, pr\u00e9vient Elo\u00efc L\u00e9vesque-Dorion. On ne sait pas si c&rsquo;est un sujet sensible \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019entreprise, alors,\u00a0si on tient \u00e0 l\u2019aborder, il faut y aller avec beaucoup de doigt\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 24px;\"><strong>La question qui tue&#8230; toutes vos chances d&rsquo;\u00eatre embauch\u00e9 !<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Finalement, avant de poser des questions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur l\u2019entreprise qui vous a convoqu\u00e9 en entrevue, on prendra note de cette mise en garde\u00a0d\u2019Alison Doyle :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00c9vitez de poser des questions dont la r\u00e9ponse se trouve facilement sur le site Web de l&rsquo;entreprise (par exemple\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0qu\u2019est-ce que fait votre entreprise?\u00a0\u00bb).
