Quelles le\u00e7ons en tirer pour le marketing num\u00e9rique?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le client est Roi, veut l\u2019adage. Pourtant, ses d\u00e9sirs sont difficiles \u00e0 suivre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Dans une<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kantarmedia.com\/dimension\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> nouvelle \u00e9tude de la firme Kantar<\/span><\/a>, on apprend que 54 % des consommateurs britanniques s&rsquo;opposent \u00e0 \u00eatre cibl\u00e9s en fonction de leur historique d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 en ligne, alors que, dans le m\u00eame coup de sonde, on lit que 61% de ceux-ci pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent voir des annonces qui sont en lien avec leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats. Paradoxal, non?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">De mani\u00e8re globale, on doit cependant admettre que les consommateurs semblent \u00e9prouver<a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/les-normes-de-la-publicite-ont-recu-un-nombre-de-plaintes-record-en-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> une lassitude par rapport au matraquage publicitaire<\/span><\/a>: 55 % des consommateurs sond\u00e9s pensent que la publicit\u00e9 est r\u00e9barbative ; 70 % d\u00e9clarent voir toujours les m\u00eames pubs; et seulement 10 % appr\u00e9cient la publicit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le marketing num\u00e9rique n\u2019\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, confirme Philippe Bussi\u00e8re, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019agence Phare36 :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">C\u2019est un \u00e9cho que l\u2019on re\u00e7oit des clients de nos clients: oui, il y a du bombardage et du surciblage. Le d\u00e9placement des budgets de pub traditionnelle vers la pub num\u00e9rique, quoique r\u00e9cent, apporte <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/quels-sont-les-grands-enjeux-de-la-publicite-programmatique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">son lot de d\u00e9fis<\/span><\/a> pour les annonceurs et les agences. De plus en plus de clients nous demandent d\u2019\u00eatre moins agressifs et plus cibl\u00e9s.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-65998\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/philippe_phare36-250x250.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/philippe_phare36-250x250.jpg 250w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/philippe_phare36-250x250-144x144.jpg 144w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le pr\u00e9sident pense aux PME :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">C\u2019est le lot des petites entreprises, moins aguerries aux techniques marketing. Elles ont tendance \u00e0 recycler le m\u00eame message, ce qui peut devenir lassant. Placer la m\u00eame pub \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e dans un hebdo de r\u00e9gion, \u00e7a passe&#8230; Mais, en marketing num\u00e9rique, \u00e7a passe moins!\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">En m\u00eame temps, Philippe Bussi\u00e8re refuse d\u2019y voir un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne nouveau:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Lorsqu&rsquo;on essaie de vendre quelque chose, les gens auront toujours tendance \u00e0 se m\u00e9fier. Tout est dans le message. En adoptant une approche visant \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une question\u00a0\u00bb et aider \u00e0 \u201cr\u00e9gler un probl\u00e8me\u00a0\u00bb, on va <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/developper-une-culture-orientee-client-les-bonnes-pratiques-de-energir-ssq-rogers-et-maieutik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">beaucoup mieux connecter avec un internaute<\/span><\/a> qui, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, recherche exactement \u00e7a en surfant sur le Web: r\u00e9gler un probl\u00e8me ou trouver une r\u00e9ponse.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\">La patience, une r\u00e8gle d\u2019or<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Pour ce qui est du matraquage publicitaire, Philippe Bussi\u00e8re croit que les marketeurs ont tous les outils en main pour l\u2019\u00e9viter sur le Web :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">En marketing num\u00e9rique, <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/publicites-facebook-quelles-sont-les-bonnes-pratiques-a-adopter-pour-construire-ses-audiences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">on peut facilement segmenter ses cibles<\/span><\/a> entre les clients existants et une nouvelle audience, ce qui permet d&rsquo;optimiser les budgets: les chances de succ\u00e8s \u00e9tant moins bonnes avec la nouvelle audience, on lui accordera un budget moindre.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensuite, selon le cheminement personnalis\u00e9 d&rsquo;une personne, on pourra cesser la publicit\u00e9 si l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat n&rsquo;est pas l\u00e0; ou encore, modifier la publicit\u00e9 si la personne s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9e sur celle-ci.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Pour arriver \u00e0 ses fins, les marques doivent cependant faire preuve de patience :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">En marketing num\u00e9rique, le cheminement du consommateur est plus long, admet Philippe Bussi\u00e8re. Il y a des \u00e9tapes \u00e0 respecter avant de vendre une marque ou un produit: conna\u00eetre, aimer, confier.
