C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adp.com\/-\/media\/adp\/ResourceHub\/pdf\/ADPRI\/ADPRI0102_2018_Engagement_Study_Technical_Report_RELEASE%20READY.ashx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">une vaste enqu\u00eate<\/span><\/a> men\u00e9e par l\u2019ADP Research Institute (ADPRI) aupr\u00e8s de 19\u00a0000 r\u00e9pondants dans 19 pays diff\u00e9rents.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le pourcentage d\u2019employ\u00e9s pleinement mobilis\u00e9s sortant de l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019ADPRI peut para\u00eetre faible, mais il est similaire \u00e0 celui qui ressort\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/165269\/worldwide-employees-engaged-work.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">d\u2019autres \u00e9tudes du genre<\/span><\/a> men\u00e9es dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marcusbuckingham.com\/research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Au Canada, ce pourcentage est gu\u00e8re plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la moyenne mondiale<\/span><\/a>. Il se situe \u00e0 17 %, en hausse de 2 % par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Notons \u00e9galement que treize secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sond\u00e9s dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Un certain \u00e9cart existe entre chacun par rapport au niveau de mobilisation. Le secteur de la construction (19%) et celui des services professionnels (18%) enregistrent les plus fort taux de mobilisation, alors que celui du transport et de l&rsquo;entreposage pr\u00e9sente le plus bas (13 %).<\/p>\n<p>Pour les fins de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de l\u2019ADPRI, le pourcentage d&#8217;employ\u00e9s mobilis\u00e9s est mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du Global Engagement Index (GEI), une s\u00e9rie de 50 questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents aspects du travail. Certains d&rsquo;entre eux sont identifi\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de l&rsquo;ADPRI.<\/p>\n<p>Un de ceux-ci est le fait de faire partie d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe de travail. Ceux qui s&rsquo;identifient comme tel aurait 2,3 fois plus de chances d&rsquo;\u00eatre pleinement mobilis\u00e9. Cette tendance se remarque peu importe le pays sond\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;aspect ayant le plus d&rsquo;influence sur la mobilisation serait toutefois le niveau de confiance envers son chef d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Un travailleur ayant confiance envers celui-ci aurait 12 fois plus de chance d&rsquo;\u00eatre pleinement mobilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait de travailler <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/teletravail-quebec-le-nouveau-lobby-pour-promouvoir-le-travail-a-distance-dans-la-province\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">en partie ou totalement \u00e0 distance<\/span><\/a> a aussi une influence. Le pourcentage d&#8217;employ\u00e9s mobilis\u00e9s est de 23 % dans ce dernier cas.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, les travailleurs plus \u00e9duqu\u00e9s ou occupant des positions plus importantes dans une organisation auraient \u00e9galement davantage de chances d&rsquo;\u00eatre pleinement mobilis\u00e9s, de m\u00eame que les femmes.
