D&rsquo;accord. Mais que faire quand on est dans le feu de l\u2019action et que l\u2019on sent le stress monter? Nous avons pos\u00e9 la question \u00e0 des psychologues et des coachs de carri\u00e8re.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\">1. Respirer<\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/et-si-vous-essayiez-la-pleine-conscience-et-la-meditation-au-travail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La respiration est le truc le plus simple pour g\u00e9rer le stress<\/a><\/span>, explique <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sylviebouchercoach.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Sylvie Boucher<\/span><\/a>, psychologue et coach en d\u00e9veloppement personnel. En entrevue, on oublie parfois. Mais respirer calme le syst\u00e8me nerveux et <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/le-quotient-emotionnel-a-quoi-ca-sert-et-comment-le-developper\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">permet de prendre le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir<\/span><\/a> pour donner la meilleure r\u00e9ponse, au lieu de r\u00e9agir par le stress. Prendre une micropause<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Jean-Michel Pelletier, psychologue et \u00ab\u00a0facilitateur de performance\u00a0\u00bb, souligne l\u2019importance de se donner du temps pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Quand on est d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9, on a besoin d\u2019un micro-espace de temps pour se ressaisir. On doit se donner ce temps, peu importe la technique que l\u2019on utilise. Et on peut demander de reformuler la question, si on ne l&rsquo;a pas bien compris ou si on veut gagner du temps.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\">3. Penser \u00e0 vos forces<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.coaching-talents.ca\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Francesca Lungescu<\/span><\/a> propose aux candidats de miser sur des <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/connaissez-vous-le-concept-de-motivation-interieure-pour-ameliorer-ses-ventes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">pens\u00e9es positives\u00a0<\/span><\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Pensez que vous pouvez aider l&rsquo;entreprise dans ce poste, car il est <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/et-vous-quelles-sont-vos-competences-atypiques-ou-mad-skills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">en lien avec vos comp\u00e9tences<\/span><\/a> \u00bb, sugg\u00e8re-t-elle.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-66028\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/francesca-lungescu-2019-2-300x121.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"476\" height=\"192\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/francesca-lungescu-2019-2-300x121.jpg 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/francesca-lungescu-2019-2.jpg 708w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 476px) 100vw, 476px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour s\u2019aider \u00e0 reprendre confiance, Jean-Michel Pelletier sugg\u00e8re pour sa part d\u2019identifier trois mots cl\u00e9s \u00e9voquant l\u2019impression que vous voulez communiquer en entrevue\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">On peut par exemple identifier une attitude, un talent et une comp\u00e9tence comportementale que l\u2019on veut communiquer en entrevue. Quand on est d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9, on a alors trois points d\u2019ancrage pour retomber sur ses pieds.\u00a0\u00c7a doit \u00eatre des concepts simples, auxquels on peut se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer rapidement. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000080;\">4. Mettre en perspective<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En contrepartie, Jean-Michel Pelletier met les candidats en garde contre la tentation de se \u00ab\u00a0surinvestir\u00a0\u00bb dans ses comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">On doit se garder une part d\u2019humilit\u00e9 dans le processus. Car certains interviewers r\u00e9agissent mal \u00e0 un candidat qui <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/candidats-les-questions-a-ne-pas-poser-en-entrevue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">projette une image trop s\u00fbre d\u2019elle-m\u00eame<\/span><\/a>. Et on peut alors s\u2019exposer \u00e0 des questions plus ardues de la part de l\u2019interviewer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aussi, Francesca Lungescu remet l\u2019entrevue d\u2019embauche en contexte. Le but n\u2019est pas tant de d\u00e9montrer la sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 de ses comp\u00e9tences que de v\u00e9rifier le \u00abfit\u00a0\u00bb culturel avec l\u2019entreprise\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Rappelez-vous que vous \u00eates l\u00e0 pour \u00e9valuer le fit et l\u2019ad\u00e9quation avec l&rsquo;entreprise et le poste, de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que le recruteur et gestionnaire sont l\u00e0 pour \u00e9valuer le fit avec vous.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">L\u2019entrevue, t<\/span>out compte fait, <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/quelles-questions-poser-dans-une-entrevue-sous-la-forme-dune-discussion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">ne se fait pas \u00e0 sens unique<\/span><\/a>.
