Parmi ces innovations\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Plus grand format sur ordinateur misant sur l\u2019impact visuel \u2013 en lien avec sa signature \u00ab\u00a0Venez voir la musique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Int\u00e9gration d\u2019extraits musicaux dans le courriel pour faire vivre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en un clic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Affichage optimis\u00e9 en mode mobile, maintenant un incontournable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Affichage universel, peu importe l\u2019environnement de lecture (Mac, PC, mobile, tablette, webmail).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Campagne de la saison 2019-2020\u00a0: un taux d\u2019engagement record<\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Afin de souligner, avec \u00e9clat, la derni\u00e8re saison de Kent Nagano en tant que directeur artistique, STRAT\u00c9GIES a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une campagne de courriels pour lancer la programmation de la prochaine saison et le renouvellement des abonnements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette campagne, hautement personnalis\u00e9e en fonction des client\u00e8les, int\u00e9grait de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contenu interactifs, tels que des extraits musicaux de concerts en vedette pouvant \u00eatre \u00e9cout\u00e9s \u00e0 m\u00eame les courriels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la personnalisation de cette campagne, les client\u00e8les cibl\u00e9es, &#8211; les d\u00e9tenteurs d\u2019abonnement actifs, les inactifs et les clients potentiels -, ont pu d\u00e9couvrir les abonnements <i>\u00c0 la carte <\/i>et <i>\u00c0 la s\u00e9rie<\/i>, d\u2019une mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait originale, concr\u00e8te et invitante. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 spectaculaires pour l\u2019OSM. Le taux d\u2019ouverture a atteint jusqu\u2019\u00e0 64,8 % et le taux de clic jusqu\u2019\u00e0 58,9 %; ces taux sont demeur\u00e9s \u00e9lev\u00e9s durant toute la s\u00e9quence.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ce premier projet avec STRAT\u00c9GIES s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 tr\u00e8s enrichissant et ce, tant sur le plan de la strat\u00e9gie que celui de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, en nous invitant \u00e0 aller plus loin dans la d\u00e9marche et \u00e0 amener notre campagne annuelle \u00e0 un autre niveau.
