Autant pour les publications commandit\u00e9es qu&rsquo;organiques. Simple passage \u00e0 vide ou r\u00e9el motif d&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude pour les professionnels des m\u00e9dias sociaux ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/4-fausses-idees-recues-censees-ameliorer-son-taux-dengagement-sur-instagram\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">taux d&rsquo;engagement fait partie des sujets de discussion r\u00e9current<\/span><\/a> et majeur autant pour les gestionnaires de communaut\u00e9 que des responsables marketing. Alors quand des rapports sur la question sont publi\u00e9s, les professionnels du secteur les regardent avec int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>Les derniers en date concernent notamment Instagram. Tout d&rsquo;abord, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trustinsights.ai\/blog\/2019\/06\/instagram-brand-engagement-the-latest-statistics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">c&rsquo;est la firme d&rsquo;intelligence d&rsquo;affaires Trust Insights<\/span> <\/a>qui a extrait, au d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, une liste de plus de 3 600 comptes de marques sur le r\u00e9seau social <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/fil-de-presse-un-partenaire-dinstagram-a-discretement-aspire-les-donnees-de-localisation-de-millions-dutilisateurs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">d\u00e9tenu par Facebook<\/span><\/a>. Pr\u00e8s de 1,4 million de publications ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Premier constat : on note une l\u00e9g\u00e8re mais constante diminution du taux d&rsquo;engagement depuis le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. De janvier \u00e0 juin, la baisse repr\u00e9sente tout de m\u00eame 18 %.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-67419\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Instagram-taux-engagement-300x218.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"685\" height=\"498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Instagram-taux-engagement-300x218.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Instagram-taux-engagement-768x559.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Instagram-taux-engagement.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 685px) 100vw, 685px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour confirmer cette inqui\u00e9tante r\u00e9alit\u00e9, une analyse des comptes de 150 influenceurs dans l&rsquo;univers de la mode a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e&#8230; et les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sensiblement les m\u00eames !<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-67420\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/influenceur-Instagram-engagement-300x218.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"733\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/influenceur-Instagram-engagement-300x218.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/influenceur-Instagram-engagement-768x559.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/influenceur-Instagram-engagement.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 733px) 100vw, 733px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le taux d&rsquo;engagement maximum atteint 4,3 % en f\u00e9vrier et s&rsquo;effondre \u00e0 2,4 % en juin.<\/p>\n<p>Trust Insights ne s&rsquo;explique pas cette baisse soudaine, indiquant <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/comment-sadapter-aux-transformations-frequentes-des-algorithmes-des-reseaux-sociaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">qu&rsquo;aucun changement technique majeur n&rsquo;\u00e9tait survenu entre temps<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Autre \u00e9tude, m\u00eame constat<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/engagement-baisse-instagram\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Le blog du mod\u00e9rateur fait \u00e9galement \u00e9tat<\/span> <\/a>d&rsquo;une autre \u00e9tude sur le sujet, cette fois<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hubfs\/4030790\/MARKETING\/Resources\/Education\/E-Books\/Influencer%20Marketing%20Benchmarks%20Report%202019\/InfluencerDB_Influencer-Marketing-Benchmarks-Report-2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> men\u00e9e par la compagnie analytique InfluencerDB<\/span><\/a>, bas\u00e9e sur 307 000 comptes, et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobilemarketer.com\/news\/instagram-influencer-engagement-hovers-near-all-time-lows-study-says\/558331\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">relay\u00e9e par Mobile Marketer<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es sont tout aussi pr\u00e9occupantes pour les gestionnaires de communaut\u00e9 : le taux d&rsquo;engagement des publications commandit\u00e9es est pass\u00e9 de 4 % en 2016 \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 2,4 % ce premier trimestre.
